Normally I would rather get a root canal than visit a car dealership! But this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure. Super courteous. Fair pricing. No hidden fees! Tanya was a great sales women. The finance manager was super efficient. They gave me $1,000 more than I asked for on my trade in. I did find a seam coming loose on the passenger seat. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed while I waited. Tanya was very apologetic. Since I traveled nearly 3 hours to get the vehicle I definitely did not want to come back another day. Tanya said the leather repair man quoted $150 to repair the seam so they took $200 off the vehicle. Lucky for me, my wife’s best friend owns an auto upholstery repair shop. I sent her pictures….it is an easy fix. I will definitely recommend Mullins Ford! Kurt

Tried to buy a 2019 F150 today but payment was going to be too high. Tanya Diodato tried several different ways to make the deal work. She took the time to advise me that a 2018 certified F150, same color and all of the needed options was on the lot. After an inspection and test drive I left with the 2018 and a monthly payment $200 less than the 2019 with 2000 miles!! To top it all Tanya did it all in 3 hours !!!! Saved money and saved time so I'll cone back and also tell all my friends to see Tanya at Mullinax west palm. My 2009 F150 with 194K started giving me problems so I started looking at what was currently available in used F150s. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I found a 2020 Lariat with 7500 miles and everything I wanted $10K below what others were selling with 35k miles!! I called Tonya again and she got the deal done!! Paperwork took one and a half hours but a lot of that was talking. We couldn’t be happier with the new truck and Tonya at Mullinax Ford West Palm. She’s fast, knowledgeable, and gets things done efficiently. We’ll send our friends to Tonya for the same professional service
