This was the best experience that I have encountered at a dealership. The salesmen, Chip and Ronnie, helped me out a lot and I couldn’t have asked for better salesmen. The finance manager, Charlie Muñoz, was also very patient and extremely helpful when it came to answering the multitude of questions that I had to ask. On top of that, they were able to get me into the SUV that I really wanted in under an hour. I really appreciate the world class customer service that they showed to me and I couldn’t think of a better dealership to go to. In this case, dealing with a dealership that has no-haggle pricing for used vehicle and supports fair trade-in values is the only way I shop anymore (last 4 vehicles). If you do your homework, you will know exactly where you stand financially. I drove from Pennsylvania to Palm Beach, FL to get right deal. When I arrived - they were great...primarily Michel! Courteous and straight forward. Top notch dealership! 2 days travel in each direction - and I would have done it again for what I got (although I would have stayed for a few days before coming home).

The service was great, Josh send me the application by email and had the car ready for sign and drive the next day. 20 min the first day and 45 minutes the following day and I was in my way.
