Tiffany was such a great advocate for me as a customer and was upfront with everything that I asked. Every dealership needs an employee like Tiffany. She was caring,compassionate, committed and best of all understanding. She picked me up from the train station so I could test drive the vehicle and was honest with the price, the best part, no surprise fees for unnecessary add ons. The price we talked about for a week was the price I paid when I signed all the paperwork. Even when other dealerships tried to make me believe they had a slightly better deal, Mullinax had the better option because the OTD price was the price. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I inquired online about a vehicle and immediately received a response. The sales person, Darian, responded promptly. He was very courteous. He allowed me to make my decision without high pressure sales tactics both before and after I entered the sales floor to test drive the vehicle. Frank in finance was very pleasant to deal with as well. They were on point with the terms of the trade in value for my car and what they were charging up front for the vehicle. Frequently there is fear surrounding a new car purchase. With the upfront pricing with no additional dealer fees, it makes buying a vehicle a pleasant experience instead of the “price haggling” method of other dealerships. I hope the service area is just as wonderful when it comes to maintenance. I will be a repeat customer - although not right away hopefully.

The service was great, Josh send me the application by email and had the car ready for sign and drive the next day. 20 min the first day and 45 minutes the following day and I was in my way.
