I had a previous good experience with my local one and i wanted to use them again. So he was a great help in helping me transfer the truck over. He is very patient and super knowledgeable

A great experience from the start to finish. Renee was great, he allowed us to look on our own and was available when we wanted to test drive and answered all of our questions. Loved the "no dealership fees". Even the negotiations for the purchase was quick and stress free and the final paperwork with Jeremy was also quick and easy. Best experience thus far buying a car.

I highly recommend Mullinax Ford to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! I live in Orlando and spotted a car on their website late one evening. I reached out via email that night, and the salesman, Dave McKenzie, contacted me first thing the next morning. By that afternoon, the car was officially mine! To make things even more convenient, they went above and beyond by shipping the vehicle to their Apopka location for an easy pickup. The process was incredibly fast, professional, and seamless from start to finish.

From my first phone call with Sales Person, Bobbie Delahunty, we worked a deal out on a slightly used 2026 Rapto R on Friday afternoon. I drove 3 and half hours to trade in my Bronco on Saturday morning. Bobbie had everything ready to sign, then 10 minutes finishing the paper work with Charlie Munoz, Finance Department. We went to Schumacher dealer in palm beach garden they did not help us at all by telling us they were to busy and offer us the first car was on front of them to get rid of us, drove down the street to Mullinax and E.J Deveaux treat us like real customers and help us get the car we wanted. No waste of time, in less than 2 hours we walked out with the car we wanted to buy, and Charlie from financing department no pressure at all, I’m always afraid of financing at dealerships but Charlie was transparent and very helpful, professional and vey fast too I love mullinax ❤️

He was also very good at keeping me apprised as the order progressed. Best dealership experience we've ever had. Everything was so straightforward and easy. We purchased a used 2014 Honda Odyssey over a year ago now. We have not had a single problem with it. The trade in price was higher than the online estimates. We did not finance, so I cannot speak to that aspect. I always recommend shopping loans and not going directly for loans via dealership, though. The process was very fast without financing involved - about 2 hours total to process the trade in and inspect and purchase the vehicle and transfer tag. I'd pick this dealership again.

I have to say that my experience with Mullinax Ford was the best I've ever had. They gave me a really fair price for my Chevy trade in. They never tried to push me into anything. Ive bought from alot of dealerships in palm beach county over the years and I always felt like they were getting one over on me but I didn't feel that at Mullinax. Over the last year myself and 3 other family members have bought 3 new vehicles and 1 certified used and have been extremely happy. We will definitely go back to Mullinax for any more vehicle purchases. We all happened to use different salesman and we were all completely satisfied with everyone.

I purchased a 2026 Ranger XLT! Michel, and Josh from the dealer are extremely professional. This is one dealership I would go out of my way to visit again, and refer to friends and family. The professionalism, non-hassle straight to the point quality of sale is something this dealership has. I would suggest to Ford, to value the group they have at this location as this is the type of service others could learn from. We had an amazing experience at Mullinax Ford in West Palm Beach! Rene made the entire process seamless, quick, and painless from start to finish. We handled a lot over the phone ahead of time, and even with a trade-in and a few things to work through, he was able to make everything come together for us. We were only at the dealership for about 2½ hours, which was such a refreshing car-buying experience. Frank in finance was also amazing and made the final part of the process just as easy. We absolutely love our new Bronco Sport, feel like we got a great deal, and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We enjoy having Mullinax as our local Ford dealership. We have purchased vehicles here, and their no haggle pricing makes the whole experience straightforward and painless. We also rely on their service department to keep our F-150 and Expedition running strong. Their service advisors are friendly and efficient, and the mechanics know what they are doing. Most recently we benefitted from their mobile service. A technician came to our house to inspect our Expedition with regards to a recall. That saved us a trip to the dealership, and helped them by reducing the number of cars passing thru their service department. Very smart. Recently we used their quick lane service for a battery check and replacement. They were prompt and efficient. We also have purchased tires here, and find their customer service beats the local tire store that used to be king.

Mullinax Ford has a great business model, no haggling. You know what you're paying out the door. The competition will draw you with prices $1, 000s less until you arrive then hit you with fees and other pushy offers you don't need . No one enjoys haggling. If you're buying a Ford or any other of there large selection of used cars, give Mullinax an opportunity to earn your business. You won't be disappointed. The sales and service team was exceptional. Whole process was done in 40 minutes.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Captain Curtis yesterday when my wife and I stopped by. He was awesome! He answered all of our questions, worked with us to get the deal we were looking for, and made the entire process smooth and easy. I have been communicating with sales associate Captain Curtis on a 2026 Maverick for the past week and he asked me to stop in for a test drive. Yesterday (8/25/26) I stopped in but Curtis was off and a very capable sales associate, Bobbie, did a fantastic job getting me a Ford Maverick to test drive and answering all my questions when I returned to the dealership. Although Curtis was not onsite, Bobbie stated everybody works together to assure the customer has a positive experience when buying from Mullinax Ford. I bought the truck and Bobbie coordinated every step so everything flowed smoothly. Today Curtis contacted me and I met him at the dealership for a minor issue. He rectified the issue within an hour and I was assured that if I had any questions or issues to call for resolution. I have previously used this dealership and been very satisfied with sales practices and vehicle service.

When it seemed like there was an issue they went to work and got an even better car for almost the same monthly payment. Best dealership experience we've ever had. Everything was so straightforward and easy. We purchased a used 2014 Honda Odyssey over a year ago now. We have not had a single problem with it. The trade in price was higher than the online estimates. We did not finance, so I cannot speak to that aspect. I always recommend shopping loans and not going directly for loans via dealership, though. The process was very fast without financing involved - about 2 hours total to process the trade in and inspect and purchase the vehicle and transfer tag. I'd pick this dealership again.

I have to say that my experience with Mullinax Ford was the best I've ever had. They gave me a really fair price for my Chevy trade in. They never tried to push me into anything. Ive bought from alot of dealerships in palm beach county over the years and I always felt like they were getting one over on me but I didn't feel that at Mullinax. Over the last year myself and 3 other family members have bought 3 new vehicles and 1 certified used and have been extremely happy. We enjoy having Mullinax as our local Ford dealership. We have purchased vehicles here, and their no haggle pricing makes the whole experience straightforward and painless. We also rely on their service department to keep our F-150 and Expedition running strong. Their service advisors are friendly and efficient, and the mechanics know what they are doing. Most recently we benefitted from their mobile service. A technician came to our house to inspect our Expedition with regards to a recall. That saved us a trip to the dealership, and helped them by reducing the number of cars passing thru their service department. Very smart. Recently we used their quick lane service for a battery check and replacement. They were prompt and efficient. We also have purchased tires here, and find their customer service beats the local tire store that used to be king.

I have been communicating with sales associate Captain Curtis on a 2026 Maverick for the past week and he asked me to stop in for a test drive. Yesterday (8/25/26) I stopped in but Curtis was off and a very capable sales associate, Bobbie, did a fantastic job getting me a Ford Maverick to test drive and answering all my questions when I returned to the dealership. Although Curtis was not onsite, Bobbie stated everybody works together to assure the customer has a positive experience when buying from Mullinax Ford.
