I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !

For a July 2026 service appointment to work on a Ford auto engine cylinder misfire issue, service manager Tony B was excellent. He was considerate, attentive, had a good sense of humor, good soft skills, communicated well, and provided timely information concerning the status of the service event. The end result was a repaired and functional auto. The service appointment and service effort were great.

I recently purchased a 2018 Honda accord Exl from this dealership. When tell you I had the best experience ever, that is an understatement. Everything went through quickly and smoothly. Tanya (my sales person) was amazing, she was not pushy, but got me the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. This will be my go to place from now on. Ask for Tanya, you won't go wrong. 4.5 years later I returned the Honda record. It was still an amazing vehicle, but I bought a truck. I thought it was time to trade in. The vehicle is still amazing. Still run well. Our sales person was Michael very professional and efficient. And Charley, the sales manager was amazing, he got me the best rate and both of them did me a great deal. I would recommend them and Mulinex Ford to anyone. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and I am so pleased.

I made an inquiry about a specific vehicle and they promptly got back to me. I had some issues with getting to the dealership on time but they assured me that the vehicle was actually on the lot and they would hold it for me. Before leaving I asked about fees and I was given an actual honest answer. The salesperson was very nice and not pushy at all which I enjoy. I test drove the car, which I liked, and afterward I was directed to the finance department. the gentleman already pulled up my information and rates. He was not trying to sell me additional packages or nonsense that I did not need and the whole process was under 45 minutes. When everything was approved and readied they gave me the plate and the salesperson put it on I got in the car and drove away. I had to travel to West Palm Beach to get service like this because Broward county was nothing but disappointing liars and dealerships that added on 4k -$6k of additional fees. They do not negotiate which is not what I was there for. highly recommend this dealership. more competitively priced than AutoNation, CarMax, and carvana

I wanted to share the great experience I had with Gray Inge one of the managers at this Mullinax Ford location. I am a college student and I was looking to buy my first truck and Gray helped me in every way possible. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I’ve bought about 10 cars in my life, and I’ve never had such a smooth experience. Let me start off by saying I went to another ford dealership and when I walked in nobody greeted me, when I said I needed a sales man nobody walked up to me. It was odd. They ended up not having the vehicle I was looking for (an explorer active which is a base model —nothing fancy) in the color I wanted. I went into mullinax after two of my friends said they got their cars there, opened the door and immediately saw Sebastian with a bright smile and asked me if I needed help. I told him I wanted to buy a car in under an hour and didn’t need to test drive anything. He took me to the garage where they have their cars and showed me what he thought fit what I wanted and I kept asking to see different ones and not once did he seem annoyed. He basically showed me every explorer they had. Always upbeat and super friendly. We went back to the store, sat down, took my trade and went back to finance after asking me a few questions. Then instead of just bringing me the price for the more expensive one he wrote down all 3 of the cars I told him I was interested in. I decided on the fancy platinum. It was basically the same price the base model would cost me at the other place!!! He then took me to finance where I met Jeremy who also was so kind! We talked about payments, life, and joked about the shows we like to watch. It was just all such a nice experience. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend. Spoiler it did take a little longer than an hour but not that much longer lol.

I recently purchased a 2018 Honda accord Exl from this dealership. When tell you I had the best experience ever, that is an understatement. Everything went through quickly and smoothly. Tanya (my sales person) was amazing, she was not pushy, but got me the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. This will be my go to place from now on. Ask for Tanya, you won't go wrong. 4.5 years later I returned the Honda record. It was still an amazing vehicle, but I bought a truck. I thought it was time to trade in. The vehicle is still amazing. Still run well. Our sales person was Michael very professional and efficient. And Charley, the sales manager was amazing, he got me the best rate and both of them did me a great deal. I would recommend them and Mulinex Ford to anyone. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and I am so pleased.

I made an inquiry about a specific vehicle and they promptly got back to me. I had some issues with getting to the dealership on time but they assured me that the vehicle was actually on the lot and they would hold it for me. Before leaving I asked about fees and I was given an actual honest answer. The salesperson was very nice and not pushy at all which I enjoy. I test drove the car, which I liked, and afterward I was directed to the finance department. the gentleman already pulled up my information and rates. He was not trying to sell me additional packages or nonsense that I did not need and the whole process was under 45 minutes. When everything was approved and readied they gave me the plate and the salesperson put it on I got in the car and drove away. I had to travel to West Palm Beach to get service like this because Broward county was nothing but disappointing liars and dealerships that added on 4k -$6k of additional fees. They do not negotiate which is not what I was there for. highly recommend this dealership. more competitively priced than AutoNation, CarMax, and carvana

I am a college student and I was looking to buy my first truck and Gray helped me in every way possible. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I’ve bought about 10 cars in my life, and I’ve never had such a smooth experience. Let me start off by saying I went to another ford dealership and when I walked in nobody greeted me, when I said I needed a sales man nobody walked up to me. It was odd. They ended up not having the vehicle I was looking for (an explorer active which is a base model —nothing fancy) in the color I wanted. I went into mullinax after two of my friends said they got their cars there, opened the door and immediately saw Sebastian with a bright smile and asked me if I needed help. I told him I wanted to buy a car in under an hour and didn’t need to test drive anything. He took me to the garage where they have their cars and showed me what he thought fit what I wanted and I kept asking to see different ones and not once did he seem annoyed. He basically showed me every explorer they had. Always upbeat and super friendly. We went back to the store, sat down, took my trade and went back to finance after asking me a few questions. Then instead of just bringing me the price for the more expensive one he wrote down all 3 of the cars I told him I was interested in. I decided on the fancy platinum. It was basically the same price the base model would cost me at the other place!!! He then took me to finance where I met Jeremy who also was so kind! We talked about payments, life, and joked about the shows we like to watch. It was just all such a nice experience. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend. Spoiler it did take a little longer than an hour but not that much longer lol.
