Unfortunately my wife fell on the steps resulting in two facture on her right ankle which was no fault of the dealership. I had the pleasure of speaking with Captain Curtis yesterday when my wife and I stopped by. He was awesome! He answered all of our questions, worked with us to get the deal we were looking for, and made the entire process smooth and easy. We ended up completing everything yesterday and drove home with the Ranger we were looking for! I also want to give a special shout-out to Finance Manager Alfonso—he was incredibly helpful and made the financing process a breeze. I have been communicating with sales associate Captain Curtis on a 2026 Maverick for the past week and he asked me to stop in for a test drive. Yesterday (8/25/26) I stopped in but Curtis was off and a very capable sales associate, Bobbie, did a fantastic job getting me a Ford Maverick to test drive and answering all my questions when I returned to the dealership. Although Curtis was not onsite, Bobbie stated everybody works together to assure the customer has a positive experience when buying from Mullinax Ford. I bought the truck and Bobbie coordinated every step so everything flowed smoothly. Today Curtis contacted me and I met him at the dealership for a minor issue. He rectified the issue within an hour and I was assured that if I had any questions or issues to call for resolution. I have previously used this dealership and been very satisfied with sales practices and vehicle service.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've had (after at least 10 purchases). Nacima was a miracle worker helping me find, quote, reserve, and close my vehicle in a couple days all online!!!! I had a great experience at Mullinax Ford Quick Lane! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the entire process was easy and pleasant from start to finish. Freddy, the manager, was extremely nice, friendly, and welcoming. Luis, my service writer, was also wonderful—he communicated with me throughout the process, was very helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. I can not begin to explain the amazing experience at Mullimax Ford. From the sales team to financing they went above and beyond to help me purchase a new car. When it seemed like there was an issue they went to work and got an even better car for almost the same monthly payment. Bobby is an outstanding salesperson and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Dave McKenzie at Mullinax Ford made my car buying experience a breeze. Mullinax of West Palm Beach had great pricing on the Mach E and Dave worked with me to complete the purchase even though I was out of state and couldn’t see the car in person until picking it up. Dave answered any questions I had about the car’s condition, even providing additional pictures and video of spots that I asked for. I don’t leave many reviews like this, but Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach earned this one. I started this process doing what most people dread — shopping multiple dealerships, comparing numbers, asking a lot of questions, and trying to figure out what was actually a good deal versus what simply looked like one on paper. Josh was the reason Mullinax stayed at the top of that list. Almost the entire deal was worked remotely before we ever stepped into the dealership. Josh was responsive, straightforward, patient with my questions, and — most importantly — honest. At one point we discussed bringing another vehicle into the transaction, and rather than finding a way to make the numbers look good for Mullinax, he flat-out told me it didn’t make financial sense for us and explained why. That earned a tremendous amount of trust with me. There were no games with pricing, no mysterious dealer fees appearing later, and no pressure to make a decision before we were comfortable. I gave Josh the opportunity to earn our business, and he did. Once we arrived, Captain Curtis Stevenson took over and carried that same experience all the way through delivery. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and never pushy. By the time we got there, the hard work had already been done. We drove the Bronco Sport, finished the paperwork, and my wife left genuinely excited about her new vehicle. That’s how buying a car should work. Mullinax made money, we got a deal we were happy with, and everyone walked away feeling good about the transaction. I don’t expect a dealership to lose money selling me a car. I expect them to be transparent, treat me fairly, and earn my business. Josh and Captain Curtis did exactly that. After dealing with several other dealerships during this search, the difference was obvious. Josh — thank you for putting in the work before we ever walked through the door and for being straight with me throughout the process. Captain Curtis — thank you for making the finish as easy as the beginning. Mullinax has absolutely earned the first phone call the next time my family is looking for a vehicle.

I was first brought to Mullinax Ford from their internet ad showing a new 2026 Ford 350 HD Transit van equipped to my liking. Unfortunately, the dealership is quite a distance from me. After having several conversations with a great salesman there by the name of William (Gray) Inge. We essentially struck a deal over the phone. Both he and I were 100% honest and I drove up with my trade and drove back with my new Ford. It was an absolute pleasure. Gray and Mullinax did 100% of everything they had said they would do. In addition Mullinax’s finance manager a Charlie Munoz could not have been nicer as we finished all the paperwork. I would go way out of my way to work with the Mulinax team in the future!

From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and treated me with so much kindness and respect. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made a huge difference. Daivis took his time showing me different cars and was incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. I have been communicating with sales associate Captain Curtis on a 2026 Maverick for the past week and he asked me to stop in for a test drive. Yesterday (8/25/26) I stopped in but Curtis was off and a very capable sales associate, Bobbie, did a fantastic job getting me a Ford Maverick to test drive and answering all my questions when I returned to the dealership. Although Curtis was not onsite, Bobbie stated everybody works together to assure the customer has a positive experience when buying from Mullinax Ford. I bought the truck and Bobbie coordinated every step so everything flowed smoothly. Today Curtis contacted me and I met him at the dealership for a minor issue. He rectified the issue within an hour and I was assured that if I had any questions or issues to call for resolution. I have previously used this dealership and been very satisfied with sales practices and vehicle service.

I don’t leave many reviews like this, but Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach earned this one. I started this process doing what most people dread — shopping multiple dealerships, comparing numbers, asking a lot of questions, and trying to figure out what was actually a good deal versus what simply looked like one on paper. Josh was the reason Mullinax stayed at the top of that list. Almost the entire deal was worked remotely before we ever stepped into the dealership. Josh was responsive, straightforward, patient with my questions, and — most importantly — honest. At one point we discussed bringing another vehicle into the transaction, and rather than finding a way to make the numbers look good for Mullinax, he flat-out told me it didn’t make financial sense for us and explained why. That earned a tremendous amount of trust with me. There were no games with pricing, no mysterious dealer fees appearing later, and no pressure to make a decision before we were comfortable. I gave Josh the opportunity to earn our business, and he did. Once we arrived, Captain Curtis Stevenson took over and carried that same experience all the way through delivery. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and never pushy. By the time we got there, the hard work had already been done. We drove the Bronco Sport, finished the paperwork, and my wife left genuinely excited about her new vehicle. That’s how buying a car should work. Mullinax made money, we got a deal we were happy with, and everyone walked away feeling good about the transaction. I don’t expect a dealership to lose money selling me a car. I expect them to be transparent, treat me fairly, and earn my business. Josh and Captain Curtis did exactly that. After dealing with several other dealerships during this search, the difference was obvious. Josh — thank you for putting in the work before we ever walked through the door and for being straight with me throughout the process. Captain Curtis — thank you for making the finish as easy as the beginning. Mullinax has absolutely earned the first phone call the next time my family is looking for a vehicle.

I was first brought to Mullinax Ford from their internet ad showing a new 2026 Ford 350 HD Transit van equipped to my liking. Unfortunately, the dealership is quite a distance from me. After having several conversations with a great salesman there by the name of William (Gray) Inge. We essentially struck a deal over the phone. Both he and I were 100% honest and I drove up with my trade and drove back with my new Ford. It was an absolute pleasure. Gray and Mullinax did 100% of everything they had said they would do. In addition Mullinax’s finance manager a Charlie Munoz could not have been nicer as we finished all the paperwork. I would go way out of my way to work with the Mulinax team in the future!
