It will be very hard for someone to convince me that they have dealt with nicer more genuine, more honest people such as Curtis, a.k.a. Captain Curtis and crew. I recommend totally do not waste time. Met up with my sale rep Dave McKenzie he was very nice and helpful, was not pushy. Finance was pretty great too they were able to help address some concerns even lower the payment to make owning a car just a luxury instead of a burden. All the staff was friendly and polite. Kept coming over asking if I needed anything. Did not feel like a dealership. Working with Dave Makenzie was great when getting my new car. I found a car I liked online. The no haggle price was a good deal. I used the text for more information link. Dave got back to me quickly to confirm the car was available. Over text and exchanging of pictures he was able to give me a trade in value on my car and a preliminary cost summary of the new purchase before I even arrived on the lot. Once I arrived to take it for a test drive that was easy too. After the decision to buy everyone in the dealership that I work with was very nice. Charlie Munoz worked the numbers to get a great maintenance warranty within my budget as well. Loved the process. Simple and seamless.

I have now bought two vehicles from Mullinax Ford and this dealership is by far the best experience I’ve had. They listen to the customers needs, are very helpful, and with the upfront pricing, there’s no surprise fees. If you want to purchase service or maintenance contracts they’re very upfront with the cost of that. In addition to that haggle free upfront pricing, they are still very competitive on their pricing. The process with them is also quick and easy. Last time I was there, I was in and out in two hours. I will definitely be going back to Mulinax Ford for my vehicle needs.

2025 Update: I have purchased yet another truck from Mullinax. Every bit of praise I gave them before still rings true; they are the best. Darian in particular was professional, patient, attentive, and extraordinarily capable. Not only did he make the purchasing process effortless, he also dealt with my neurotic perfectionism for a week afterwards. Absolutely 10/10. I have now purchased 3 trucks from Mullinax, and I have had an excellent experience each time.

I've purchased many vehicles in my life, and Mullinax is the only dealer in South Florida that doesn't waste my time with nonsense.
I spent 6 months looking for a truck. I was ready to purchase a TRX from Arrigo but they had a "market adjustment" so I left. I went to Wayne Akers but they were both incompetent and inconsiderate. I went to various other dealerships and got similar treatment. Finally, I went back to Mullinax and ordered a Super Duty. It's bigger than I ideally wanted but it's a fantastic truck. The ordering process was painless, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of useless junk, payment was simple, they haven't spammed me, and they generally treated me well. I had purchased an F-150 from them back in 2014 and I should have just gone back to them first. They're fantastic.
Mullinax is the best car dealership in South Florida out of all the ones I've been to. I highly recommend them.

Had such a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle with Mullinax Ford, My salesman Dale Lopez helped me through out the process finding the right vehicle with the price I’m happy with. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great service with straight upfront pricing. You pay the listed price plus tax and tag and that’s it. No high pressures sales for add one you don’t want or need or bogus discount offers that other car dealers advertise and then tell you don’t qualify for that discount.

Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! Dale and the entire Mullonax staff were beyond helpful. To be transparent, I shopped the competition — “AP” after I left. I literally ran back to Mullinax and bought my daughter her first car—a green Bronco Sport. I did tell her it will always be green—that's what she loved most.

Just need more communication between service/sales on the "We Owe". Service does need some signage as I had no idea where the service department was. Otherwise, go visit Mullinax Ford. My son and I recently purchased a new 2026 Ford F-250 from Mullinax Ford West Palm Beach, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. After contacting the dealership to request a specific vehicle, our sales representative, Joel, truly delivered. He provided transparent, upfront pricing with absolutely no hidden fees or unnecessary dealer add-ons. The finance manager was equally clear and straightforward throughout the transaction.
Because we completed all the necessary paperwork online prior to my arrival, the entire in-person process took a mere 30 minutes—well worth the 125-mile drive to the dealership. The vehicle was immaculately clean and ready for delivery. The only reason we spent 30 minutes at the dealership was because Joel took the time to thoroughly explain the truck's features and assist us with setting up the Ford mobile application.

I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !
