Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach Delivers Again!! Ronnie Butts searches high & low and finds me a van that is almost impossible to get. This dealer also get's you in and out within an hour or so. I live in Miami and I drove 2 hrs to get to the dealer. That should say a lot already. Michel was very helpful, spoke over text and on the phone got a deal for a 2026 F150 3.5L PB Hybrid that was too good to pass up. No BS, no haggling, just a solid price. At the dealership I met one of the managers, Andrew, who was also very helpful and provided me with all the information that I asked for. Overall great experience.

Michael was excellent! He was extremely responsive and made the entire process quick and easy. He put the whole deal together over the phone so the next day it only took us 30min to test drive, trade my old car, and sign paperwork on my new truck. Saw a used Jeep on the website that really caught my eye, stopped in and E.J came to help me out. They had are just gotten It in and had some repairs to get done to It. EJ kept me informed consistently and was honest the whole time about the progress and status of the vehicle. When the car was ready, we just drove it and loved it EJ answered all questions we had and was super helpful. Bought It on the spot. The car had just gotten brand new tires from the dealership and as we were driving home from purchasing we noticed some pulling. Ended up being a manufacturer defect in the tire and this wonderful car dealership got a tow to my house and are going to fix it. I can’t believe how easy this dealership was. How quick we were in and out and how EASY It was to rectify a problem. Thanks again to EJ for making this a wonderful process and to Skylar for quickly handling the issue with my families safety in mind. 10/10 recommend.

They gave me better pricing on my trade-in and the purchase price than any other dealer in PBC. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Nacima emailed me right away regarding the truck I saw online. Got truck and all of the information ready for our appointment. After doing considerable online research, I went to Mullinax knowing what features I wanted in a new car, and the approximate trade-in value of my old car. Chip Durant, in the Sales Department, was able to efficiently arrange for transport and quick delivery of the car I wanted from another of the company's dealerships. The actual trade was very easy, quick and low stress without haggle or compromise. Jerry Hamilton, in the Finance Department, made finalizing the deal very quick, smooth and straightforward without any high pressure sales involved. Raymond literally opened the door for me as I arrived and everything was so smooth. We went for a test drive, signed paperwork, and I was out the door hassle free with my new truck in 30 minutes. Charlie in finance made terms easy to understand. He had good up sales on the warranty information. Both associates were very knowledgeable. The Ford company in general is a bedrock of society. They understand that product value fluctuates. It would be nice if other conglomerates and fractions of American Business would take note and start to follow suit accordingly. Very pleasant, non-pressure buying experience! I live in Atlanta, over 700 miles away. I saw the Mustang GT convertible I wanted online and made the phone call. Nacima answered the phone, understood that I would be driving many miles to purchase the car, and got everything I needed together in just a couple of minutes. I told her that I would be down there at 0930 on Saturday morning and when I got there the car was cleaned, gassed and ready to go. I had a minor issue with the trade numbers, but the sales manager and I were able to get together in less than 5 minutes. F&I was jockeyed the rate a little, but when I got back to Atlanta I refi'ed with Navy Federal and got 4.09%, no fuss, no muss. Overall, I was very happy and would definitely buy again from Mullinax!

I called the dealership to inquire about a truck they had and got Javier as my salesman, I had a couple of specific questions and he took the time to check the truck and answer back to me! That is when my wife and I and 4 kids decided to make the 2 and a half hour drive. We got there close to closing time but they took their time and made sure that everything went smooth! From the salesman Javier to AL in the finance department everyone did a great job and we left with a nice truck and a great experience!

Recently bought a 2021 Chevy Colorado from Mullinmax. I was provided the total price of the vehicle over the phone , before I arrived. Rene was attentive, prompt, and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised that the price didn’t change. The price shared over the phone remained. The typical make believe fees and salesperson fast taking did not come in to play. Our salesman, David Patrick, took the time to show us the car and continued to support us through the buying process. There were no gimmicks or pressure to purchase, just honest answers to our questions. David performed more as a facilitator than an aggressive salesman, for which we are appreciative. Charlie the business manager was also professional and non-aggressive, facilitating the loan process without the typical "add-ons" other dealerships try to tack on for additional profit.
