After contacting the dealership to request a specific vehicle, our sales representative, Joel, truly delivered. He provided transparent, upfront pricing with absolutely no hidden fees or unnecessary dealer add-ons. The finance manager was equally clear and straightforward throughout the transaction.
Because we completed all the necessary paperwork online prior to my arrival, the entire in-person process took a mere 30 minutes—well worth the 125-mile drive to the dealership. The vehicle was immaculately clean and ready for delivery. I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !

I saw the Avalanche on the Mullinax website and entered my info that I was interested. Jake Shaw replied quickly so I called and said I would be there shortly to see it. The vehicle had just arrived and therefore was still in the shop Waiting for a mechanical inspection. The avalanche was exactly as it appeared on the website, which was just about perfect. I left a deposit came back two days later and paid for it. The vehicle is awesome runs and drives perfect the service at the dealership with Jake and the finance manager was exceptional and just for the record after 45 years in the car business it’s the first retail car purchase I have ever had and it was awesome. As I told Jake, I am “the mouth of the south“ and I will let everyone know as I’m doing now.

He was great to work with, Look for him when you go there. The finance person also made it a simple process to get in and out. On top of that, my vehicle is Ford certified which takes a lot of the worry out of purchasing a used car. I Highly recommend Mullinax Ford and wish I had gone there in the first place!

My daughter purchased her truck here and it was a smooth transaction. She received a great deal with little negotiations. The day after she took the truck home they found a recall on the car. Originally they scheduled a visit to our house to handle the recall but the sales person, Darrien, said they wanted to fix it quicker. He came to our house to pick up the truck, left a courtesy vehicle, and then returned when it was done. From the initial phone call to ask about this vehicle to having the recall taken care of was superior service. Darrien was exceptional and caring. I would 100% visit Mullinax again for another vehicle purchase

I had a great experience at the dealership. The whole staff was very pleasant and helpful. The salesperson that helped me was Michel Dumenech, he was very patient and supportive and provided options for me to get a good deal on my new car. Charles from financial was also very attentive and pleasant towards me and my family members. My experience at Mullinax Ford West Palm Beach this week could not have been better! Specifically Darian that I worked with through the process. Everyone dreads car shopping because of how long the process typically is. I walked in there on Thursday & was out of there in under 2 hours. All that was left to do the following day was sign my paperwork! The following day I was in and out in about an hour & drove away with my new car. Hands down the most efficient, friendly, responsive dealership I have ever worked with. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!!

From buying the truck to getting it serviced, this was a great experience. They respected my time, allowed me to leave a deposit and come back in the morning to finish up. In and out in about an hour to buy a used car is amazing. The truck did end up having some mechanical issues but their service department took care of it immediately, and even gave me a loaner for the week.

Purchased my 2021 expedition today. And wow…. It was truly an amazing service and experience. Ronnie was my salesman. He really is the best in my book. He’s as real as they come. Not pushy but will work for you and your goals. Completely easy going. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with him. I love my new expedition! We have a fleet of 6.7 super duty’s and our next one I surely will reach out to him to see if it can happen. I usually don’t go into the office until sign and drive but with this purchase I wasn’t sure if I wanted the expedition. I loved the suv and the service I received.
