I had the best experience with Mullinax Ford. They have a valet service that comes and picks up your car and brings your car back once they are through with it. They communicate with you through in the whole process and then you pay online after they finish your vehicle. It was one of the best experiences I've had with a car dealership in years!

As a 72 year old male my first impressions with Nacima I knew Mulinax was the right choice and far better than any dealership I had experienced she is knowledgeable and quick within only 30 minutes a car was selected and I knew my choice was set she was with me every step of the negotiation. She made it pleasureable to purchase a vehicle it was not a forced choice it felt natural. She had answers before she knew what questions I would ask and proposed questions I could never think of I am definitely a satisfied advisor. I also met with the finance manager he as well was outstanding they explained everything I needed to know and made me and my nephew satisfied customers.

Rene made the process extremely easy! I called in the morning and said I did not want to come into the dealership. I said if you make the numbers work you have a deal. I had to wait for a prolonged 30 days due to a backlog in their service department. When my appointment day finally arrived, I was disappointed to learn that the Ford recall parts I needed were not readily available, resulting in an additional two-week delay. I had to follow up with them three times to expedite the resolution. They didn't try and add a bunch of charges or crazy license fees. It was all fair and honest. I was also suprized to see how good Ford financing is. The dated haggling with a salesman dealership model has never created client loyalty. It breeds disgust and regret. The Mullinax model remove the car buying hangover. I went to another Ford dealership first and really didn’t have a great experience…I knew what I wanted to buy and when we went to Mullinax, Nacima greeted us right away with a huge smile and so much confidence and knowledge! The salesman Jake Shaw made buying a car pleasurabe experience. He was totally transparent and personable. There were no "sale pitches"or hidden agendas " He was upfront and honest about the vehicle price, and the availability within my price range. Rene Ramos was my car sellman. Listen when I tell the kid is young but really is the best sellman I ever had and I have brought over 20 cars in my life and he really did Great. I live in Miami and I drove 2 hrs to get to the dealer. That should say a lot already. Michel was very helpful, spoke over text and on the phone got a deal for a 2026 F150 3.5L PB Hybrid that was too good to pass up. No BS, no haggling, just a solid price. Michael was excellent! He was extremely responsive and made the entire process quick and easy. He put the whole deal together over the phone so the next day it only took us 30min to test drive, trade my old car, and sign paperwork on my new truck. Saw a used Jeep on the website that really caught my eye, stopped in and E.J came to help me out. They had are just gotten It in and had some repairs to get done to It. EJ kept me informed consistently and was honest the whole time about the progress and status of the vehicle. When the car was ready, we just drove it and loved it EJ answered all questions we had and was super helpful. Bought It on the spot. The car had just gotten brand new tires from the dealership and as we were driving home from purchasing we noticed some pulling. Ended up being a manufacturer defect in the tire and this wonderful car dealership got a tow to my house and are going to fix it. I can’t believe how easy this dealership was. How quick we were in and out and how EASY It was to rectify a problem. Thanks again to EJ for making this a wonderful process and to Skylar for quickly handling the issue with my families safety in mind. 10/10 recommend.
