Everything was so simple, easy, and how a car dealership is supposed to be! No “games” with the pricing, quickly in and out, great customer service. I had Sebastian sell me my car and he was phenomenal. So friendly and so helpful and quick to respond if needed. I then had Charlie for financing, and once again extremely friendly and personable. Really great experience here!

I had such a great experience at Mullinax Ford, and I really wanted to thank Daivis for making the whole process so easy and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and treated me with so much kindness and respect. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made a huge difference. Daivis took his time showing me different cars and was incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without making me feel overwhelmed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people instead of just trying to make a sale. Buying or even looking at cars can be stressful, but Daivis made it an enjoyable experience. His friendly personality and professionalism made me feel confident and comfortable the entire time. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. Our sales rep, Davis, was attentive and understood exactly what we were looking for. He followed up with us through the process as our Bronco needed to be brought down from another dealership. He even checked in with us after we picked up the Bronco. Best Ford Dealership in Florida!! We emailed them the F350 Transit information we wanted to order. Had such a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle with Mullinax Ford, My salesman Dale Lopez helped me through out the process finding the right vehicle with the price I’m happy with. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great service with straight upfront pricing. You pay the listed price plus tax and tag and that’s it. No high pressures sales for add one you don’t want or need or bogus discount offers that other car dealers advertise and then tell you don’t qualify for that discount.

Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! I literally ran back to Mullinax and bought my daughter her first car—a green Bronco Sport. I did tell her it will always be green—that's what she loved most. Just need more communication between service/sales on the "We Owe". Service does need some signage as I had no idea where the service department was. Otherwise, go visit Mullinax Ford. For repairs they were great! Need to watch the recommendations from the quick lane techs. Review the inspection data before agreeing with their recommendation. Cost us 4 new tires and out of warranty repairs 6 months later.

I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !

Raymond literally opened the door for me as I arrived and everything was so smooth. We went for a test drive, signed paperwork, and I was out the door hassle free with my new truck in 30 minutes. Darian made the process of buying my Ford easy. He provided me with things I had forgotten I had even asked for. Honest, well spoken, locally raised guy. Charlie in finance made terms easy to understand. He had good up sales on the warranty information. Both associates were very knowledgeable. The Ford company in general is a bedrock of society. Captain Curt went above and beyond to locate the vehicle and trim available as well as providing me with a breakdown of options on the ones I selected. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave detailed explanation of features and options. Finance Manager Jeremy was excellent too and was able to answer my questions also. Very pleasant, non-pressure buying experience! I live in Atlanta, over 700 miles away. I saw the Mustang GT convertible I wanted online and made the phone call. Nacima answered the phone, understood that I would be driving many miles to purchase the car, and got everything I needed together in just a couple of minutes. I told her that I would be down there at 0930 on Saturday morning and when I got there the car was cleaned, gassed and ready to go. I had a minor issue with the trade numbers, but the sales manager and I were able to get together in less than 5 minutes. F&I was jockeyed the rate a little, but when I got back to Atlanta I refi'ed with Navy Federal and got 4.09%, no fuss, no muss. Overall, I was very happy and would definitely buy again from Mullinax!

I called the dealership to inquire about a truck they had and got Javier as my salesman, I had a couple of specific questions and he took the time to check the truck and answer back to me! That is when my wife and I and 4 kids decided to make the 2 and a half hour drive. We got there close to closing time but they took their time and made sure that everything went smooth! From the salesman Javier to AL in the finance department everyone did a great job and we left with a nice truck and a great experience!

Recently bought a 2021 Chevy Colorado from Mullinmax. I was provided the total price of the vehicle over the phone , before I arrived. Rene was attentive, prompt, and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised that the price didn’t change. The price shared over the phone remained. The typical make believe fees and salesperson fast taking did not come in to play. Our salesman, David Patrick, took the time to show us the car and continued to support us through the buying process. There were no gimmicks or pressure to purchase, just honest answers to our questions. David performed more as a facilitator than an aggressive salesman, for which we are appreciative. Charlie the business manager was also professional and non-aggressive, facilitating the loan process without the typical "add-ons" other dealerships try to tack on for additional profit. Combined with the "Up Front" pricing, the whole process was much easier and less stressful than previous car purchases.
