Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach Delivers Again!! Ronnie Butts searches high & low and finds me a van that is almost impossible to get. This dealer also get's you in and out within an hour or so. I live in Miami and I drove 2 hrs to get to the dealer. That should say a lot already. Michel was very helpful, spoke over text and on the phone got a deal for a 2026 F150 3.5L PB Hybrid that was too good to pass up. No BS, no haggling, just a solid price. At the dealership I met one of the managers, Andrew, who was also very helpful and provided me with all the information that I asked for. Overall great experience.

Michael was excellent! He was extremely responsive and made the entire process quick and easy. He put the whole deal together over the phone so the next day it only took us 30min to test drive, trade my old car, and sign paperwork on my new truck. Saw a used Jeep on the website that really caught my eye, stopped in and E.J came to help me out. They had are just gotten It in and had some repairs to get done to It. EJ kept me informed consistently and was honest the whole time about the progress and status of the vehicle. When the car was ready, we just drove it and loved it EJ answered all questions we had and was super helpful. Bought It on the spot. The car had just gotten brand new tires from the dealership and as we were driving home from purchasing we noticed some pulling. Ended up being a manufacturer defect in the tire and this wonderful car dealership got a tow to my house and are going to fix it. I can’t believe how easy this dealership was. How quick we were in and out and how EASY It was to rectify a problem. Thanks again to EJ for making this a wonderful process and to Skylar for quickly handling the issue with my families safety in mind. 10/10 recommend.

After doing considerable online research, I went to Mullinax knowing what features I wanted in a new car, and the approximate trade-in value of my old car. Chip Durant, in the Sales Department, was able to efficiently arrange for transport and quick delivery of the car I wanted from another of the company's dealerships. The actual trade was very easy, quick and low stress without haggle or compromise. Jerry Hamilton, in the Finance Department, made finalizing the deal very quick, smooth and straightforward without any high pressure sales involved. I got a email back quickly, i called spoke to Renee. #1 salesman. This young man is going places so if you want a great salesman ask for Renee. Showed up here on a Saturday. The place was off the hook! Busy, Busy, Busy. But through all the hustle and bustle my wife and I were able to get Top Tier service from our salesman Trey. The business had a few of the sales team out on vacation but we were still made to feel like VIP. The Store Manager Andy is a very sociable guy and outgoing man. I feel like my car has been in the shop for nearly the whole month. I’m not blaming the shop for the frustration but wish the parts for the repair would come sooner. I’m thankful for the loaner but I would be happier having my car back. It’s now April 2, 2025 later I have received my car thankfully all repairs done. I only wish my car had been received washed off but glad I have it back

I had an incredible experience purchasing my car with the help of Dave MacKenzie at Mullinax. Going into the process, I wasn’t sure where to start—I knew my credit wasn’t in great shape and I felt overwhelmed. I found a car I liked on CARFAX late one evening (around 9:30 PM) and decided to message the dealership, not expecting a reply until the next day. To my surprise, I received a response that night. I explained my situation, and Dave set up an appointment for the very next day. He showed me the vehicle I’d inquired about, which was lovely, but I also mentioned I’d be open to similar options. He wasn’t pushy at all—instead, he guided me through my options with total patience and zero pressure. That’s when he introduced me to a car that turned out to be my dream vehicle, only slightly more in price. Dave took the time to break everything down for me—from the cost comparisons to what financing might look like—while being completely mindful of my concerns about credit checks and insurance. He even connected me with their insurance broker and stayed an extra three hours past his shift to help me get insurance quotes for both vehicles. It turned out that insuring the dream car wouldn’t cost much more at all. Even after I had decided to purchase, he came back with even better news: Ford Bank offered me an APR 8% lower than what we had initially discussed through Ally. I ended up driving away in a car I love, with better terms than I thought possible. Dave answered every single question I had, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and truly went above and beyond. No stress car buying experience thanks to Michel and Charles! Was able to walk the garage on my own, narrow to a few vehicles, Michel quickly got the keys. Test drive was a nice quick loop to help me get a feel. Went back the following day and had a quick trade in and buy process. Michel hooked up the car app and features while closing so we were ready to go! Charles in finance helped to explain a great warranty and made the paperwork simple and easy to follow. DAVE MCKENZIE is awesome. My elderly father decided that it was now or never to get his “Retirement Truck.” When he told me, I was panicked, but after reading through the contract, my dad got a great deal. I was shocked to learn that Dave did not haggle him. More importantly, Dave took a significant amount of time with him, making sure he understood all the fine print in his contract. My dad is so happy. After years of hard work, he is enjoying his retirement and riding around with his dog in his retirement truck. He sends me a picture of his truck every day! After weeks of dealing with typical “used car salesmen,” I had almost given up hope on finding a car for my son. Then I found a 2019 Ford Mustang Ecoboost on the Mullinax Ford website and called the Palm Beach location. That’s when I connected with Britney — and everything changed. From the very first call, Britney was professional, friendly, and absolutely on her game. She arranged to have the car transferred from another Mullinax location to Palm Beach to make it more convenient for us. As soon as it arrived, she even sent me a personalized video walkaround, highlighting all the details — which really made a difference. Britney treated us like we were buying a brand-new Shelby, not just a used car. She made the entire experience smooth, pressure-free, and honestly enjoyable. After we brought the car home, we noticed a few small issues, and Britney took care of everything right away, no hassle.
