Everything was so simple, easy, and how a car dealership is supposed to be! No “games” with the pricing, quickly in and out, great customer service. I had Sebastian sell me my car and he was phenomenal. So friendly and so helpful and quick to respond if needed. I then had Charlie for financing, and once again extremely friendly and personable. Really great experience here!

Both of our Ford Edges been serviced here for some five years. In well over a half century of owning cars, this is far and away the most impressive dealership we have encountered. From the courtesy pickup and return of vehicles, to corresponding with a dedicated service manager (Peyton) who knows the details of our request, to easy text communications on every phase of each service, it really could not be any better.

I had such a great experience at Mullinax Ford, and I really wanted to thank Daivis for making the whole process so easy and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and treated me with so much kindness and respect. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made a huge difference. Daivis took his time showing me different cars and was incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without making me feel overwhelmed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people instead of just trying to make a sale. Buying or even looking at cars can be stressful, but Daivis made it an enjoyable experience. His friendly personality and professionalism made me feel confident and comfortable the entire time. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. Our sales rep, Davis, was attentive and understood exactly what we were looking for. He followed up with us through the process as our Bronco needed to be brought down from another dealership. He even checked in with us after we picked up the Bronco. Best Ford Dealership in Florida!! We emailed them the F350 Transit information we wanted to order. Had such a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle with Mullinax Ford, My salesman Dale Lopez helped me through out the process finding the right vehicle with the price I’m happy with. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great service with straight upfront pricing. You pay the listed price plus tax and tag and that’s it. No high pressures sales for add one you don’t want or need or bogus discount offers that other car dealers advertise and then tell you don’t qualify for that discount.

Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !

I can say this was probably one the most stress free service appointments I've had. Tony was amazing! He is honest, friendly and communicated with me during the entire process. I would recommend taking your car to them! Update : I needed my car serviced for a clicking noise when I turned and Tony once again went above and beyond to make sure we got it figured out and taken care of! My car was in the shop for 2 weeks and he communicated well with everything. Oh ya I also used their valet pick up/drop off service and that was incredible...especially when im working and cant pick it up!

So the whole experience was great except for 1 issue. The one issue unfortunately made it that I was not able to purchase the vehicle from them. We had drove up from Fort Lauderdale ready to buy a new bronco everything was agreed upon but after getting there the general manager came out and was very upfront and explained everything. There was an issue with the bronco and unfortunately it was not relayed to our sales person Curtis. We were obviously not happy that we were unable to purchase the vehicle but and this is more important to us then anything that the general manager would not let us leave because he did not want to put our safety at risk instead of just letting us purchase the bronco and hopefully there wasn’t a problem. In a world where to most money and sales are everything to us it seemed that the dealership was not that way. It’s very refreshing to know that there is a dealership out there looking out for their potential customers and not just a sale Update 6-28-26 We were able to purchase the Bronco after everything was fixed up to their standards and like before everything was great. Curtis our sales professional was great and also kept us in the loop during this whole process. Everyone at Mullinax was great we could not have asked for anything more. Truly professional knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again and honestly if you are looking at vehicles just stop by and give them a chance I’m pretty sure you will feel the same way.

We enjoy having Mullinax as our local Ford dealership. We have purchased vehicles here, and their no haggle pricing makes the whole experience straightforward and painless. We also rely on their service department to keep our F-150 and Expedition running strong. Their service advisors are friendly and efficient, and the mechanics know what they are doing. Most recently we benefitted from their mobile service. A technician came to our house to inspect our Expedition with regards to a recall. That saved us a trip to the dealership, and helped them by reducing the number of cars passing thru their service department. Very smart.

This was a great experience. No high-pressure sales, no constant calling. My salesman Red was knowledgeable and easy-going. We had some good laughs about ChatGPT during the test drive because there’s no excuse not to know an answer anymore. Also, The price is the price at this dealership. You don’t have a bunch of surprise fees at the end. The finance guy Frank was excellent. I had a great experience and I would recommend doing business with this dealership hands-down.

My 2014 F150 had a no start issue. Red lights came on the dash besides the check engine light. I was worried that my driving it to the dealer would harm it so it was towed in. So the whole experience was great except for 1 issue. The one issue unfortunately made it that I was not able to purchase the vehicle from them. We had drove up from Fort Lauderdale ready to buy a new bronco everything was agreed upon but after getting there the general manager came out and was very upfront and explained everything. There was an issue with the bronco and unfortunately it was not relayed to our sales person Curtis. We were obviously not happy that we were unable to purchase the vehicle but and this is more important to us then anything that the general manager would not let us leave because he did not want to put our safety at risk instead of just letting us purchase the bronco and hopefully there wasn’t a problem. In a world where to most money and sales are everything to us it seemed that the dealership was not that way. It’s very refreshing to know that there is a dealership out there looking out for their potential customers and not just a sale.

This was the best experience that I have encountered at a dealership. The salesmen, Chip and Ronnie, helped me out a lot and I couldn’t have asked for better salesmen. The finance manager, Charlie Muñoz, was also very patient and extremely helpful when it came to answering the multitude of questions that I had to ask. On top of that, they were able to get me into the SUV that I really wanted in under an hour. Having family and friends who work in automobile sales has taught me much. In this case, dealing with a dealership that has no-haggle pricing for used vehicle and supports fair trade-in values is the only way I shop anymore (last 4 vehicles). If you do your homework, you will know exactly where you stand financially. I drove from Pennsylvania to Palm Beach, FL to get right deal. When I arrived - they were great...primarily Michel! Courteous and straight forward. Top notch dealership! 2 days travel in each direction - and I would have done it again for what I got (although I would have stayed for a few days before coming home).

Pricing was good. A couple of quick problems were resolved fast. A problem with the car under warranty took a while but the tech kept me informed. The only issue when it was done was a "deductable" charege to me that i was not informed about being standard.. However Captain Curtis, my Mullinax rep resolved it for me. Ask for him if you are looking to purchase. Over all i am super happy with Mullinax and would recomend them to everyone.
