I had the best experience with Mullinax Ford. They have a valet service that comes and picks up your car and brings your car back once they are through with it. They communicate with you through in the whole process and then you pay online after they finish your vehicle. It was one of the best experiences I've had with a car dealership in years!

As a 72 year old male my first impressions with Nacima I knew Mulinax was the right choice and far better than any dealership I had experienced she is knowledgeable and quick within only 30 minutes a car was selected and I knew my choice was set she was with me every step of the negotiation. She made it pleasureable to purchase a vehicle it was not a forced choice it felt natural. She had answers before she knew what questions I would ask and proposed questions I could never think of I am definitely a satisfied advisor. I also met with the finance manager he as well was outstanding they explained everything I needed to know and made me and my nephew satisfied customers.

Rene made the process extremely easy! I called in the morning and said I did not want to come into the dealership. I said if you make the numbers work you have a deal. However, there were a couple of hiccups in my overall experience worth mentioning. First, scheduling a service appointment proved to be a bit challenging. I had to wait for a prolonged 30 days due to a backlog in their service department. When my appointment day finally arrived, I was disappointed to learn that the Ford recall parts I needed were not readily available, resulting in an additional two-week delay. I had to follow up with them three times to expedite the resolution. Despite these service-related inconveniences, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Bobbie and the Mullinax Ford team for their unwavering support in facilitating my purchase. They didn't try and add a bunch of charges or crazy license fees. It was all fair and honest. I was also suprized to see how good Ford financing is. FYI...I'm 70 years old, I've bought a lot of cars for our family...and I don't write reviews.

The dated haggling with a salesman dealership model has never created client loyalty. It breeds disgust and regret. The Mullinax model remove the car buying hangover. I went to another Ford dealership first and really didn’t have a great experience…I knew what I wanted to buy and when we went to Mullinax, Nacima greeted us right away with a huge smile and so much confidence and knowledge! She was absolutely incredible, she found everything I was looking for and made it all so easy and enjoyable. She worked around me picking up my kids from school and my time crunch and had me in my dream Bronco THAT DAY! The salesman Jake Shaw made buying a car pleasurabe experience. He was totally transparent and personable. There were no "sale pitches"or hidden agendas " He was upfront and honest about the vehicle price, and the availability within my price range. Rene Ramos was my car sellman. Listen when I tell the kid is young but really is the best sellman I ever had and I have brought over 20 cars in my life and he really did Great. I ended up with a Range Rover and thanks to Rene my truck wouldn’t start so he called Payton who came and change my battery out for a brand new battery and talked me into buying the truck after I second guess it. Had such a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle with Mullinax Ford, My salesman Dale Lopez helped me through out the process finding the right vehicle with the price I’m happy with. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great service with straight upfront pricing. You pay the listed price plus tax and tag and that’s it. No high pressures sales for add one you don’t want or need or bogus discount offers that other car dealers advertise and then tell you don’t qualify for that discount.

Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! Shout out to the tech who repaired my truck! The valet team was very kind and delivered my vehicle on time! Excellent teamwork from everyone!!!

Dale and the entire Mullonax staff were beyond helpful. To be transparent, I shopped the competition — “AP” after I left. I literally ran back to Mullinax and bought my daughter her first car—a green Bronco Sport. I did tell her it will always be green—that's what she loved most. Prices are on point—keep your haggling at home because you won't need it.

Mullinax Ford WPB was great. Sales rep., Sales & Finance Managers were very professional. I love the upfront pricing. NO haggle or BS. Vehicle was clean and not over priced at all. Just need more communication between service/sales on the "We Owe". Service does need some signage as I had no idea where the service department was. Otherwise, go visit Mullinax Ford. Our second car purchased through them.

After contacting the dealership to request a specific vehicle, our sales representative, Joel, truly delivered. He provided transparent, upfront pricing with absolutely no hidden fees or unnecessary dealer add-ons. The finance manager was equally clear and straightforward throughout the transaction. Because we completed all the necessary paperwork online prior to my arrival, the entire in-person process took a mere 30 minutes—well worth the 125-mile drive to the dealership. For repairs they were great! Need to watch the recommendations from the quick lane techs. Review the inspection data before agreeing with their recommendation. Cost us 4 new tires and out of warranty repairs 6 months later.

I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !
