Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach Delivers Again!! Ronnie Butts searches high & low and finds me a van that is almost impossible to get. This dealer also get's you in and out within an hour or so. I live in Miami and I drove 2 hrs to get to the dealer. That should say a lot already. Michel was very helpful, spoke over text and on the phone got a deal for a 2026 F150 3.5L PB Hybrid that was too good to pass up. No BS, no haggling, just a solid price. At the dealership I met one of the managers, Andrew, who was also very helpful and provided me with all the information that I asked for. Overall great experience.

Michael was excellent! He was extremely responsive and made the entire process quick and easy. He put the whole deal together over the phone so the next day it only took us 30min to test drive, trade my old car, and sign paperwork on my new truck. Saw a used Jeep on the website that really caught my eye, stopped in and E.J came to help me out. They had are just gotten It in and had some repairs to get done to It. EJ kept me informed consistently and was honest the whole time about the progress and status of the vehicle. When the car was ready, we just drove it and loved it EJ answered all questions we had and was super helpful. Bought It on the spot. The car had just gotten brand new tires from the dealership and as we were driving home from purchasing we noticed some pulling. Ended up being a manufacturer defect in the tire and this wonderful car dealership got a tow to my house and are going to fix it. I can’t believe how easy this dealership was. How quick we were in and out and how EASY It was to rectify a problem. Thanks again to EJ for making this a wonderful process and to Skylar for quickly handling the issue with my families safety in mind. 10/10 recommend.

After doing considerable online research, I went to Mullinax knowing what features I wanted in a new car, and the approximate trade-in value of my old car. Chip Durant, in the Sales Department, was able to efficiently arrange for transport and quick delivery of the car I wanted from another of the company's dealerships. The actual trade was very easy, quick and low stress without haggle or compromise. Jerry Hamilton, in the Finance Department, made finalizing the deal very quick, smooth and straightforward without any high pressure sales involved. Just recently purchased a truck, staff was great. Bobbie and Captain Curtis made the process very smooth. They helped me workout some of the new technology on the trucks that I’m not familiar with. Gave it a full detail and tank of gas. The price was very reasonable as well. I’m usually not a fan of dealerships but I had a great experience with this one. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I have purchased 5 vehicles from the WPB Mullinax because of their exceptional service! I'll start by saying Jeremy H., the finance manager, is the reason we continue to do business with this location. We have even moved 4 hours away with another Mullinax significantly closer and we still choose to come to this location. I would describe Jeremy as a “salt of the earth” type of person. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and it feels like we are catching up with an old friend when we see him. Jeremy always goes above and beyond to help! We have had different associates over the years but this last time we were assisted by Tiffany. She has stood out to us because of her knowledge and grace. Tiffany made a true effort to help us narrow down what our best options were based off of our needs. She was also amazing with our daughter, getting her set up with pictures to color, and patiently answering the million and one questions a 6 year old has LOL. Over all, another great experience at this location! You can tell it’s a team effort and everyone is more than willing to help each other. We were potentially looking to get into a Mach E. After talking to several dealers, we ended up at Mullinax as they were the ones that obviously wanted to make a deal. Went back and forth with Brittany via text and on the phone, and she was AMAZING. One of the best sales representatives that I’ve ever dealt with. Not rushed, very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and just made the whole process very easy. Went in and did a couple of test drives, and got numbers from the sales manager. He gave us VERY good, bottom line numbers, no BS, and made everything super simple. There were no stupid games or the typical back and forth where they test you with ridiculous numbers to see if they can rip you off. I really appreciated this. Did I mention he was very nice just like Brittany and everyone else there? So in the end, I had to bring back my significant other the next day to test drive the vehicles, and she decided that she wanted to go another direction, as in there’s another vehicle that she likes more. BUT…The least I could do is post my experience online since it was such a good one. Thanks again to Brittany and the team there regardless, and if we ever decide on a Ford we will be back there to see you.

I just purchased my 2nd Ford Escape and I am still extremely happy with the service and professional care I received from the staff here. This time Jake, and Captain Curtis both made The experience painless. Josh, the sales manager, also stepped in anytime I had a concern or question. This was my first Ford purchase and first SUV. I did a lot of research online and was ready for a test drive. My salesman, Steve Stocker, was fantastic. He asked me what was important to me to have in the car as well as my budget. He showed what was in my price range, explained how the dealership prices the vehicles and found me several new trucks to look at. Buying a car is super stressful. I found this experience to be nothing like that. I got a car with way more features and benefits than I thought I could afford and I love it.
