My son and I recently purchased a new 2026 Ford F-250 from Mullinax Ford West Palm Beach, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. After contacting the dealership to request a specific vehicle, our sales representative, Joel, truly delivered. He provided transparent, upfront pricing with absolutely no hidden fees or unnecessary dealer add-ons. The finance manager was equally clear and straightforward throughout the transaction.
Because we completed all the necessary paperwork online prior to my arrival, the entire in-person process took a mere 30 minutes—well worth the 125-mile drive to the dealership. The vehicle was immaculately clean and ready for delivery. The only reason we spent 30 minutes at the dealership was because Joel took the time to thoroughly explain the truck's features and assist us with setting up the Ford mobile application.

I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !

Showed up here on a Saturday. The place was off the hook! Busy, Busy, Busy. But through all the hustle and bustle my wife and I were able to get Top Tier service from our salesman Trey. The business had a few of the sales team out on vacation but we were still made to feel like VIP. The Store Manager Andy is a very sociable guy and outgoing man. I feel like my car has been in the shop for nearly the whole month. I’m not blaming the shop for the frustration but wish the parts for the repair would come sooner. I’m thankful for the loaner but I would be happier having my car back. It’s now April 2, 2025 later I have received my car thankfully all repairs done. I only wish my car had been received washed off but glad I have it back

I had an incredible experience purchasing my car with the help of Dave MacKenzie at Mullinax. Going into the process, I wasn’t sure where to start—I knew my credit wasn’t in great shape and I felt overwhelmed. I found a car I liked on CARFAX late one evening (around 9:30 PM) and decided to message the dealership, not expecting a reply until the next day. To my surprise, I received a response that night. I explained my situation, and Dave set up an appointment for the very next day.
He showed me the vehicle I’d inquired about, which was lovely, but I also mentioned I’d be open to similar options. He wasn’t pushy at all—instead, he guided me through my options with total patience and zero pressure. That’s when he introduced me to a car that turned out to be my dream vehicle, only slightly more in price.
Dave took the time to break everything down for me—from the cost comparisons to what financing might look like—while being completely mindful of my concerns about credit checks and insurance. He even connected me with their insurance broker and stayed an extra three hours past his shift to help me get insurance quotes for both vehicles. It turned out that insuring the dream car wouldn’t cost much more at all.
Even after I had decided to purchase, he came back with even better news: Ford Bank offered me an APR 8% lower than what we had initially discussed through Ally. I ended up driving away in a car I love, with better terms than I thought possible.
Dave answered every single question I had, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and truly went above and beyond. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking for a car. Thank you, Dave!

No stress car buying experience thanks to Michel and Charles! Was able to walk the garage on my own, narrow to a few vehicles, Michel quickly got the keys. Test drive was a nice quick loop to help me get a feel. Went back the following day and had a quick trade in and buy process. DAVE MCKENZIE is awesome. My elderly father decided that it was now or never to get his “Retirement Truck.” When he told me, I was panicked, but after reading through the contract, my dad got a great deal.
I was shocked to learn that Dave did not haggle him. More importantly, Dave took a significant amount of time with him, making sure he understood all the fine print in his contract.
My dad is so happy. After years of hard work, he is enjoying his retirement and riding around with his dog in his retirement truck. He sends me a picture of his truck every day!

As soon as it arrived, she even sent me a personalized video walkaround, highlighting all the details — which really made a difference.
