Very welcoming salespeople, Alex was my advisor and did a great job getting information and communicating with other staff. Great experience. Impulse bought a used jeep there because the price was good and there was no haggling. Process took about 15 minutes and staff was super friendly.

Buying my new F150 was fun. Mike made it so easy and enjoyable. Alfonso made the finance transaction easy too. Their online advertising is actually what I paid. They didn't try and add a bunch of charges or crazy license fees. It was all fair and honest. I was also suprized to see how good Ford financing is. FYI...I'm 70 years old, I've bought a lot of cars for our family...and I don't write reviews.

The dated haggling with a salesman dealership model has never created client loyalty. It breeds disgust and regret. The Mullinax model remove the car buying hangover. You come away with a feeling of success and a wanting to direct friends and family here to have a similar experience. Time to shed the car buyers remorse syndrome.

The dealer made the buying process very easy

Walking into a dealership and not being hassle is always a pleasure. I've bought my 1st car here with David McKenzie and had a great experience, so I brought my girlfriend here also and David McKenzie got her out of a vehicle that shouldn't have been sold to her due to a risk to public safety from Kia on Northlake.

I came into Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach with a goal to buy a used van for my small business. A salesperson by the name of Tré showed me a vehicle, joined me for a test drive, and whipped up paperwork for a purchase in a friendly and timely manner. I have purchased from Mullinax before, and I’m glad I came back to do it again. I highly recommend this dealership for a quick, friendly and no-nonsense experience.

Mullinax Ford is the most amazing dealership I’ve ever been to! I went to another Ford dealership first and really didn’t have a great experience…I knew what I wanted to buy and when we went to Mullinax, Nacima greeted us right away with a huge smile and so much confidence and knowledge! There were no "sale pitches"or hidden agendas " He was upfront and honest about the vehicle price, and the availability within my price range.
