Everything was so simple, easy, and how a car dealership is supposed to be! No “games” with the pricing, quickly in and out, great customer service. I had Sebastian sell me my car and he was phenomenal. So friendly and so helpful and quick to respond if needed. I then had Charlie for financing, and once again extremely friendly and personable. Really great experience here!

I had such a great experience at Mullinax Ford, and I really wanted to thank Daivis for making the whole process so easy and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and treated me with so much kindness and respect. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made a huge difference. Daivis took his time showing me different cars and was incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without making me feel overwhelmed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people instead of just trying to make a sale. Buying or even looking at cars can be stressful, but Daivis made it an enjoyable experience. His friendly personality and professionalism made me feel confident and comfortable the entire time. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. Our sales rep, Davis, was attentive and understood exactly what we were looking for. He followed up with us through the process as our Bronco needed to be brought down from another dealership. He even checked in with us after we picked up the Bronco. Best Ford Dealership in Florida!! We emailed them the F350 Transit information we wanted to order. Robert got in contact with us, ordered the Transit, and 4 months later we are driving our 2026 F350 Transit. Mullimax was the only dealership that would work with us.. Had such a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle with Mullinax Ford, My salesman Dale Lopez helped me through out the process finding the right vehicle with the price I’m happy with. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great service with straight upfront pricing. You pay the listed price plus tax and tag and that’s it. No high pressures sales for add one you don’t want or need or bogus discount offers that other car dealers advertise and then tell you don’t qualify for that discount.

Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! I literally ran back to Mullinax and bought my daughter her first car—a green Bronco Sport. I did tell her it will always be green—that's what she loved most. Prices are on point—keep your haggling at home because you won't need it.

Mullinax Ford WPB was great. Sales rep., Sales & Finance Managers were very professional. I love the upfront pricing. NO haggle or BS. Vehicle was clean and not over priced at all. Just need more communication between service/sales on the "We Owe". Service does need some signage as I had no idea where the service department was. Otherwise, go visit Mullinax Ford. Our second car purchased through them.

After contacting the dealership to request a specific vehicle, our sales representative, Joel, truly delivered. He provided transparent, upfront pricing with absolutely no hidden fees or unnecessary dealer add-ons. The finance manager was equally clear and straightforward throughout the transaction. Because we completed all the necessary paperwork online prior to my arrival, the entire in-person process took a mere 30 minutes—well worth the 125-mile drive to the dealership. For repairs they were great! Need to watch the recommendations from the quick lane techs. Review the inspection data before agreeing with their recommendation. Cost us 4 new tires and out of warranty repairs 6 months later.

I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !

I always walk into a car dealership expecting a small piece of my soul to die as I wait for hours (Schumacher) or get treated weirdly by a sales guy who hasn't got the test vehicle ready and doesn't appear to have slept last night (Mike Maroone). I am happy to say Mullinax of WPB is different - nice atmosphere, speedy and attentive service. Props to my sales guy Red who was excellent. I was all-in to buying to from Carmax but Mullinax gave me a new vehicle for the same price as Carmax used so can't fault them on value. Jeremy the finance guy was efficient, personable and helpful!

So let me start from the beginning. About 3 years ago I called about a mustang convertible. A salesman named Dave McKenzie showed it to me. He led me through the backup procedure (who knew mustangs you have to pull up a ring to get it in reverse, I didn’t) but I ended up not buying it because my kids car seat couldn’t fit behind me. Fast forward to last week. I contacted Dave, because I remembered him through my embarrassment from a few years earlier, and told him I wanted a bronco. Gave him my budget, and he gave me an “out the door price” 5k below MSRP. One of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I’m definitely going back to Mullinax, and specifically Dave for anything I ever need to buy for the foreseeable future. Thank you for everything, Mr McKenzie. John

After going to several car dealerships in South Florida and being disappointed with all the hidden fees they tried to attach to the price of the car, we were going to just fix our old car. Mullinax was such a welcome change. We had saw the car we wanted on line and decided one last try to purchase a car. We walked into Mullinax and asked to see it. The sales consultant Chip Durant had to find out where the car was. It had just come in and was in the garage being checked. Chip took us back to see it and allowed us to talk to the mechanic! We left a deposit and returned to test drive it after the mechanic was finished. We were amazed that they kept their word and did not add on any fees and they put on new tires and rear brakes and even replaced some hinges that squeaked. And they gave us a fair price on our trade-in without hassling. Before we left with the car, Chip showed us the computer screen and displays. Since the car we purchased was not a Ford Chip said he had taken the time prior to our arrival to figure some of it out in order to show us. Chip and the team at Mullinax made the car buying a good experience. They are an example for conducting business the right way. I highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience at this Mullinax. After shopping 2 other local dealerships, I was referred to this Mullinax by a co-worker. The price is the price, he told me. Kind of hard to believe after trying to negotiate with the other 2 dealerships. He was right! I sent an inquiry at night, and by 8:30 on the morning, Narcima called me, answered my questions and we set up an appointment. She followed up to make sure we were still scheduled and we met that afternoon. Narcima made the car buying experience fun and informative. She didn't push one vehicle over another but she tried to stay within my budget. I was happy with her level of service and attentiveness. Really nice experience. I had them transfer a truck from a different location, and it ended up not being exactly what I wanted which was my fault for picking the wrong options My sales guy, Trey, and Skyler in finance took care of that no problem and had another one transferred to the dealership for me. Far and away the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I went in to have a look at their pickups, and were shown all they had, new & slightly used with no stress whatsoever. Explained we were going to check out the 3 other major brands, and was handed a card and told if we liked the Ford, please come back. A couple hours later we came back for a preowned we liked. An hour and a half later, we drove away. Straight forward pricing. NO DEALER FEES! NO OTHER SILLY FEES! Fair pricing for a CPO truck with ZERO games. My last several purchases were at luxury branfds like Mercedes & Porsche, and the buying experience easily topped them both. For once, a dealer who just wants to sell you a car, and not everything else including the kitchen sink. Everyone was very friendly and made for a very relaxed environment, where one can make a smart decision on a major purchase.

My truck had a complicated issue with its voltage. The dealership came to my home and picked my vehicle up. They also have a great mobile service program for regular maintenance and warranty issues. Not happy with other Ford dealerships' service centers, but I highly recommend using Mullinax Ford.

Great vehicle! Great buying experience! Ended up at Mullinax Ford for the Bronco Sport. Saw ads online that this Ford dealership is a "no haggle" "bottom line price" dealer. I was intrigued by the offers and to test drive a Bronco Sport. Full disclosure I'm currently a Chevy owner but had a Mustang many years ago. We met Brittany W. at the dealership. She is super friendly, patient, and really knows her Fords. She has an easy going personality, not pushy at all, and made us feel very comfortable. She took the time to show us each model of the Bronco Sport, from the lowest package to the top package. She let us test drive each. She answered all our questions about gadgets, tech, and differences of each model (from the Bid Bend version to the Badlands version). She lets us test drive again, so both my husband and I could drive it. Brittany is awesome! We made the decision, pulled the trigger, and started the paperwork with Brittany. Once she completed her part with us she sent us to Charlie in Finance. Charlie was amazing as well. He showed us alternatives to a large down payment amount and gave us a suggestion on a better way to make financing work for us. He is personable, relatable, and very knowledgeable. Charlie finished the "dreaded" finance side with us efficiently and answering all of our questions. The whole process from looking at models of the Bronco Sport, to test driving, to signing all the paperwork and driving our new vehicle off the lot took about 3.5 hours. I think that's a record for us buying a vehicle. If you are looking for a Ford we totally recommend Mullinax Ford in West Palm Beach. Ask for Brittany W. :)

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from here, I did have a very positive experience with one of the sales representatives by the name of Dave McKenzie. He greeted me to make sure I was being helped, was not pushy with any sales tactics, drove me around the lot to look at a vehicle I was interested in, worked out some numbers afterwards and directed me into the sales office where I would make my decision. The sales manager was also very upfront and accommodating. They really do follow up on their upfront pricing and no hidden fees. They also don't zap their customers with dealer-installed options or "market adjustments." This is a very honest, pro-customer business model that is getting harder to find by the day. I would highly recommend this dealer as well as any of their other locations around the state of Florida. Thank you Dave.
