Mullinax Ford makes purchasing a vehicle so much more pleasant compared to other dealerships. Their upfront pricing is good. There’s no pressure. I wanted a vehicle at another Mullinax location and my sales person Dale made that seamlessly happen within a few days. There’s no stupid dealer fees and no markup on tag and registration fees. It’s the way vehicle purchasing used to be and still should be.

Chip at Mullinax Ford was great. Helped me figure out things and when I figured it out was ready to sell me a car with no hassle on his end (and take in my Miata as a trade). The only negative was the finance department. Even though paying cash it took way too long to get this done. But overall 5 stars - because of Chip !

We recently purchased a new Bronco Sport for my wife from Mullinax Ford and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. When we arrived at the dealership we were quickly greeted by Andy Cook, which was great as he was extremely knowledgeable in all things Bronco and Bronco Sport. We had been shopping around and knew that Mullinax had a model with the exact trim, packages, and color/interior that we were looking for at one of their locations up north. Andy arranged a quick delivery of the vehicle, and even after that, still pulled a similar model that he had on-site up front to point out a few features of the packages we were wanting. I have purchased vehicles from Mullinax in the past - both personal & commercial. Even after negotiating thousands off at other dealerships, Mullinax’s straight forward pricing remains competitive. Days before we purchased my wife’s Bronco Sport we had visited a Ford Dealer near Miami. For the exact same car, with the exact same MSRP on the window sticker, the first Out The Door price they brought to us was $9K higher than Mullinax’s. I highly recommend Mullinax Ford & Andy Cook.

Great overall experience!!! Good sales follow up and support from Dave and the sales team. Smooth experience. Found a few issues with the truck after leaving and Service department took care of it and additional items they noticed. An almost unheard of experience to be honest and now a repeat customer for sure. Highly recommend Mullinax in general but the West Palm location treated me great!

I wanted to share the great experience I had with Gray Inge one of the managers at this Mullinax Ford location. I am a college student and I was looking to buy my first truck and Gray helped me in every way possible. He made the transaction very easy for me as a young a kid and even had the car delivered to me in Orlando. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I’ve bought about 10 cars in my life, and I’ve never had such a smooth experience. Let me start off by saying I went to another ford dealership and when I walked in nobody greeted me, when I said I needed a sales man nobody walked up to me. It was odd. They ended up not having the vehicle I was looking for (an explorer active which is a base model —nothing fancy) in the color I wanted. I went into mullinax after two of my friends said they got their cars there, opened the door and immediately saw Sebastian with a bright smile and asked me if I needed help. I told him I wanted to buy a car in under an hour and didn’t need to test drive anything. He took me to the garage where they have their cars and showed me what he thought fit what I wanted and I kept asking to see different ones and not once did he seem annoyed. He basically showed me every explorer they had. Always upbeat and super friendly. We went back to the store, sat down, took my trade and went back to finance after asking me a few questions. Then instead of just bringing me the price for the more expensive one he wrote down all 3 of the cars I told him I was interested in. I decided on the fancy platinum. It was basically the same price the base model would cost me at the other place!!! He then took me to finance where I met Jeremy who also was so kind! We talked about payments, life, and joked about the shows we like to watch. It was just all such a nice experience. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend. Spoiler it did take a little longer than an hour but not that much longer lol.

A great experience from seeing the vehicle test driving the vehicle to purchasing the vehicle and then financing the vehicle. Mullinax Ford in NPB has a very good and streamlined setup, from appointment making to take-in, to shuttle service. They give accurate cost and time estimates and do quality repair work. Customer service after they return your car is excellent as well. I had an extremely tiny issue with the appearance of a piece of windshield molding and they fixed the issue (a manufacturer's glitch) and reminded me that there is a Two-year Warranty on the part and the work. THANKS!

I live in Miami and I drove 2 hrs to get to the dealer. That should say a lot already. Michel was very helpful, spoke over text and on the phone got a deal for a 2026 F150 3.5L PB Hybrid that was too good to pass up. No BS, no haggling, just a solid price.
