Everything was so simple, easy, and how a car dealership is supposed to be! No “games” with the pricing, quickly in and out, great customer service. I had Sebastian sell me my car and he was phenomenal. So friendly and so helpful and quick to respond if needed. I then had Charlie for financing, and once again extremely friendly and personable. Really great experience here!

I had such a great experience at Mullinax Ford, and I really wanted to thank Daivis for making the whole process so easy and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and treated me with so much kindness and respect. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made a huge difference. Daivis took his time showing me different cars and was incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without making me feel overwhelmed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people instead of just trying to make a sale. Buying or even looking at cars can be stressful, but Daivis made it an enjoyable experience. His friendly personality and professionalism made me feel confident and comfortable the entire time. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. Our sales rep, Davis, was attentive and understood exactly what we were looking for. He followed up with us through the process as our Bronco needed to be brought down from another dealership. He even checked in with us after we picked up the Bronco. Best Ford Dealership in Florida!! We emailed them the F350 Transit information we wanted to order. Robert got in contact with us, ordered the Transit, and 4 months later we are driving our 2026 F350 Transit. Mullimax was the only dealership that would work with us.. Had such a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle with Mullinax Ford, My salesman Dale Lopez helped me through out the process finding the right vehicle with the price I’m happy with. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great service with straight upfront pricing. You pay the listed price plus tax and tag and that’s it. No high pressures sales for add one you don’t want or need or bogus discount offers that other car dealers advertise and then tell you don’t qualify for that discount.

Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! I literally ran back to Mullinax and bought my daughter her first car—a green Bronco Sport. I did tell her it will always be green—that's what she loved most. Prices are on point—keep your haggling at home because you won't need it.

Mullinax Ford WPB was great. Sales rep., Sales & Finance Managers were very professional. I love the upfront pricing. NO haggle or BS. Vehicle was clean and not over priced at all. Just need more communication between service/sales on the "We Owe". Service does need some signage as I had no idea where the service department was. Otherwise, go visit Mullinax Ford. Our second car purchased through them.

After contacting the dealership to request a specific vehicle, our sales representative, Joel, truly delivered. He provided transparent, upfront pricing with absolutely no hidden fees or unnecessary dealer add-ons. The finance manager was equally clear and straightforward throughout the transaction. Because we completed all the necessary paperwork online prior to my arrival, the entire in-person process took a mere 30 minutes—well worth the 125-mile drive to the dealership. For repairs they were great! Need to watch the recommendations from the quick lane techs. Review the inspection data before agreeing with their recommendation. Cost us 4 new tires and out of warranty repairs 6 months later.

I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !

Just recently purchased a truck, staff was great. Bobbie and Captain Curtis made the process very smooth. They helped me workout some of the new technology on the trucks that I’m not familiar with. Gave it a full detail and tank of gas. The price was very reasonable as well. I’m usually not a fan of dealerships but I had a great experience with this one. Would definitely recommend!

The salesman Mr. Bowen was the greatest. He was not a high pressure salesperson. See him if you need a vehicle. There is a wide variety of vehicles on multiple lots there. Nice place.

My husband and I have purchased 5 vehicles from the WPB Mullinax because of their exceptional service! I'll start by saying Jeremy H., the finance manager, is the reason we continue to do business with this location. We have even moved 4 hours away with another Mullinax significantly closer and we still choose to come to this location. I would describe Jeremy as a “salt of the earth” type of person. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and it feels like we are catching up with an old friend when we see him. Jeremy always goes above and beyond to help! We have had different associates over the years but this last time we were assisted by Tiffany. She has stood out to us because of her knowledge and grace. Tiffany made a true effort to help us narrow down what our best options were based off of our needs. She was also amazing with our daughter, getting her set up with pictures to color, and patiently answering the million and one questions a 6 year old has LOL. Over all, another great experience at this location! You can tell it’s a team effort and everyone is more than willing to help each other. Highly recommend giving your business to the honest and upfront WPB Mullinax location.

We were potentially looking to get into a Mach E. After talking to several dealers, we ended up at Mullinax as they were the ones that obviously wanted to make a deal. Went back and forth with Brittany via text and on the phone, and she was AMAZING. One of the best sales representatives that I’ve ever dealt with. Not rushed, very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and just made the whole process very easy. Went in and did a couple of test drives, and got numbers from the sales manager. He gave us VERY good, bottom line numbers, no BS, and made everything super simple. There were no stupid games or the typical back and forth where they test you with ridiculous numbers to see if they can rip you off. I really appreciated this. Did I mention he was very nice just like Brittany and everyone else there? So in the end, I had to bring back my significant other the next day to test drive the vehicles, and she decided that she wanted to go another direction, as in there’s another vehicle that she likes more. BUT…The least I could do is post my experience online since it was such a good one. Thanks again to Brittany and the team there regardless, and if we ever decide on a Ford we will be back there to see you.

Walked in, asked for a salesman, told him what I wanted, test drove a car, he got my car appraised, looked for my color, said it was on the way, be about a week. 1 week later I went and picked up my car. I just purchased my 2nd Ford Escape and I am still extremely happy with the service and professional care I received from the staff here. This time Jake, and Captain Curtis both made The experience painless. Josh, the sales manager, also stepped in anytime I had a concern or question. This was my first Ford purchase and first SUV. I did a lot of research online and was ready for a test drive. My salesman, Steve Stocker, was fantastic. He asked me what was important to me to have in the car as well as my budget. He showed what was in my price range, explained how the dealership prices the vehicles and found me several new trucks to look at. Buying a car is super stressful. I found this experience to be nothing like that. I got a car with way more features and benefits than I thought I could afford and I love it.
