Everything was so simple, easy, and how a car dealership is supposed to be! No “games” with the pricing, quickly in and out, great customer service. I had Sebastian sell me my car and he was phenomenal. So friendly and so helpful and quick to respond if needed. I then had Charlie for financing, and once again extremely friendly and personable. Really great experience here!

From the courtesy pickup and return of vehicles, to corresponding with a dedicated service manager (Peyton) who knows the details of our request, to easy text communications on every phase of each service, it really could not be any better.

I had such a great experience at Mullinax Ford, and I really wanted to thank Daivis for making the whole process so easy and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and treated me with so much kindness and respect. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made a huge difference. Daivis took his time showing me different cars and was incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without making me feel overwhelmed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people instead of just trying to make a sale. Buying or even looking at cars can be stressful, but Daivis made it an enjoyable experience. His friendly personality and professionalism made me feel confident and comfortable the entire time. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. Our sales rep, Davis, was attentive and understood exactly what we were looking for. He followed up with us through the process as our Bronco needed to be brought down from another dealership. He even checked in with us after we picked up the Bronco. Best Ford Dealership in Florida!! We emailed them the F350 Transit information we wanted to order. Robert got in contact with us, ordered the Transit, and 4 months later we are driving our 2026 F350 Transit. Mullimax was the only dealership that would work with us.. Had such a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle with Mullinax Ford, My salesman Dale Lopez helped me through out the process finding the right vehicle with the price I’m happy with. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great service with straight upfront pricing. You pay the listed price plus tax and tag and that’s it. No high pressures sales for add one you don’t want or need or bogus discount offers that other car dealers advertise and then tell you don’t qualify for that discount.

Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! I literally ran back to Mullinax and bought my daughter her first car—a green Bronco Sport. I did tell her it will always be green—that's what she loved most. Just need more communication between service/sales on the "We Owe". Service does need some signage as I had no idea where the service department was. Otherwise, go visit Mullinax Ford. Our second car purchased through them.

After contacting the dealership to request a specific vehicle, our sales representative, Joel, truly delivered. He provided transparent, upfront pricing with absolutely no hidden fees or unnecessary dealer add-ons. The finance manager was equally clear and straightforward throughout the transaction. For repairs they were great! Need to watch the recommendations from the quick lane techs. Review the inspection data before agreeing with their recommendation. Cost us 4 new tires and out of warranty repairs 6 months later.

I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !

Fantastic, direct and to the point. They had the exact truck I needed at an other location and my salesman Raymond Bowen had it transported to Palm Beach so I didn’t have to travel far. I purchased a certified preowned mustang from Mullinax and had an absolutely amazing experience. Being a woman who doesn’t know a ton about cars it can be a little intimidating walking into a car dealership to make a purchase, I have never felt more comfortable and taken care of at a dealership before. I have bought several cars before from other dealerships but never on my own. Captain Curtis was extremely helpful even before I walked into the dealership, answering all my questions about different cars I was looking at and sending me any info I needed. When I got to the dealership (an hour drive from my home), he promptly showed me the car I was interested in and when I decided to purchase walked me through every step and explained everything. Jeremy then went over all the contract and warranty info with me and was also very helpful making decisions. Their honesty and completely transparent way of doing business at Mullinax is refreshing and I would recommend them to anyone. :) Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and all seemed to throughly enjoy working at Mullinax.

I've bought two vehicles here. I like their sales approach. I did not experience any high pressure sales tactics or any other car buying games like I have at other dealers. I'll come back again.

Mullinax Ford makes purchasing a vehicle so much more pleasant compared to other dealerships. Their upfront pricing is good. There’s no pressure. I wanted a vehicle at another Mullinax location and my sales person Dale made that seamlessly happen within a few days. There’s no stupid dealer fees and no markup on tag and registration fees. It’s the way vehicle purchasing used to be and still should be.

Chip at Mullinax Ford was great. Helped me figure out things and when I figured it out was ready to sell me a car with no hassle on his end (and take in my Miata as a trade). The only negative was the finance department. Even though paying cash it took way too long to get this done. But overall 5 stars - because of Chip !

We recently purchased a new Bronco Sport for my wife from Mullinax Ford and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. When we arrived at the dealership we were quickly greeted by Andy Cook, which was great as he was extremely knowledgeable in all things Bronco and Bronco Sport. We had been shopping around and knew that Mullinax had a model with the exact trim, packages, and color/interior that we were looking for at one of their locations up north. Andy arranged a quick delivery of the vehicle, and even after that, still pulled a similar model that he had on-site up front to point out a few features of the packages we were wanting. I have purchased vehicles from Mullinax in the past - both personal & commercial. Even after negotiating thousands off at other dealerships, Mullinax’s straight forward pricing remains competitive. Days before we purchased my wife’s Bronco Sport we had visited a Ford Dealer near Miami. For the exact same car, with the exact same MSRP on the window sticker, the first Out The Door price they brought to us was $9K higher than Mullinax’s. I highly recommend Mullinax Ford & Andy Cook.

Great overall experience!!! Good sales follow up and support from Dave and the sales team. Smooth experience. Found a few issues with the truck after leaving and Service department took care of it and additional items they noticed. An almost unheard of experience to be honest and now a repeat customer for sure. Highly recommend Mullinax in general but the West Palm location treated me great!
