Everyone at the dealership from the sales manager to the finance officer were nothing but professional and helpful through this no hassle process. I have recommended other friends in the past to the dealership because of their no haggle low price concept with no dealer fees or add-ons that you would receive at other dealerships.Again I want to say thank you to the Mullinax staff for making a vehicle purchase enjoyable!

I had an excellent experience at this Mullinax. After shopping 2 other local dealerships, I was referred to this Mullinax by a co-worker. The price is the price, he told me. Kind of hard to believe after trying to negotiate with the other 2 dealerships. He was right! I sent an inquiry at night, and by 8:30 on the morning, Narcima called me, answered my questions and we set up an appointment. She followed up to make sure we were still scheduled and we met that afternoon. Narcima made the car buying experience fun and informative. She didn't push one vehicle over another but she tried to stay within my budget. I was happy with her level of service and attentiveness. I would highly recommend this Mullinax and have Narcima show you some vehicles!

It's almost always nice to get a new car but the shopping and buying process...not so much - until now! We recently purchased a used car from Mullinax Ford and had the pleasure of working with Ray Bowman. Our entire experience from the moment we walked through the door to driving away in our vehicle the next day was great. While we were initially torn between two cars at two different dealerships, our final decision came down to Ray's expertise, the professionalism of Mullinax, no dealer fees and a fair and reasonable offer on our trade in. Really nice experience. I had them transfer a truck from a different location, and it ended up not being exactly what I wanted which was my fault for picking the wrong options My sales guy, Trey, and Skyler in finance took care of that no problem and had another one transferred to the dealership for me. Two really nice down-to-earth guys to talk to, which is refreshing when dealing with car dealerships. I’ll be back for my next one in a few years.

Far and away the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I went in to have a look at their pickups, and were shown all they had, new & slightly used with no stress whatsoever. Explained we were going to check out the 3 other major brands, and was handed a card and told if we liked the Ford, please come back. A couple hours later we came back for a preowned we liked. An hour and a half later, we drove away. Straight forward pricing. NO DEALER FEES! NO OTHER SILLY FEES! Fair pricing for a CPO truck with ZERO games. My last several purchases were at luxury branfds like Mercedes & Porsche, and the buying experience easily topped them both. For once, a dealer who just wants to sell you a car, and not everything else including the kitchen sink. Everyone was very friendly and made for a very relaxed environment, where one can make a smart decision on a major purchase.

My truck had a complicated issue with its voltage. The dealership came to my home and picked my vehicle up. They also have a great mobile service program for regular maintenance and warranty issues. Not happy with other Ford dealerships' service centers, but I highly recommend using Mullinax Ford.

Great vehicle! Great buying experience! Ended up at Mullinax Ford for the Bronco Sport. Saw ads online that this Ford dealership is a "no haggle" "bottom line price" dealer. I was intrigued by the offers and to test drive a Bronco Sport. Full disclosure I'm currently a Chevy owner but had a Mustang many years ago. We met Brittany W. at the dealership. She is super friendly, patient, and really knows her Fords. She has an easy going personality, not pushy at all, and made us feel very comfortable. She took the time to show us each model of the Bronco Sport, from the lowest package to the top package. She let us test drive each. She answered all our questions about gadgets, tech, and differences of each model (from the Bid Bend version to the Badlands version). She lets us test drive again, so both my husband and I could drive it. Brittany is awesome! We made the decision, pulled the trigger, and started the paperwork with Brittany. Once she completed her part with us she sent us to Charlie in Finance. Charlie was amazing as well. He showed us alternatives to a large down payment amount and gave us a suggestion on a better way to make financing work for us. He is personable, relatable, and very knowledgeable. Charlie finished the "dreaded" finance side with us efficiently and answering all of our questions. The whole process from looking at models of the Bronco Sport, to test driving, to signing all the paperwork and driving our new vehicle off the lot took about 3.5 hours. I think that's a record for us buying a vehicle. If you are looking for a Ford we totally recommend Mullinax Ford in West Palm Beach. Ask for Brittany W. :)

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from here, I did have a very positive experience with one of the sales representatives by the name of Dave McKenzie. He greeted me to make sure I was being helped, was not pushy with any sales tactics, drove me around the lot to look at a vehicle I was interested in, worked out some numbers afterwards and directed me into the sales office where I would make my decision. The sales manager was also very upfront and accommodating. They really do follow up on their upfront pricing and no hidden fees. They also don't zap their customers with dealer-installed options or "market adjustments." This is a very honest, pro-customer business model that is getting harder to find by the day. I would highly recommend this dealer as well as any of their other locations around the state of Florida. Thank you Dave.

I'll start by saying Jeremy H., the finance manager, is the reason we continue to do business with this location. We have even moved 4 hours away with another Mullinax significantly closer and we still choose to come to this location. I would describe Jeremy as a “salt of the earth” type of person. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and it feels like we are catching up with an old friend when we see him. Jeremy always goes above and beyond to help! We were potentially looking to get into a Mach E. After talking to several dealers, we ended up at Mullinax as they were the ones that obviously wanted to make a deal. Went back and forth with Brittany via text and on the phone, and she was AMAZING. One of the best sales representatives that I’ve ever dealt with. Not rushed, very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and just made the whole process very easy. Went in and did a couple of test drives, and got numbers from the sales manager. He gave us VERY good, bottom line numbers, no BS, and made everything super simple. There were no stupid games or the typical back and forth where they test you with ridiculous numbers to see if they can rip you off. I really appreciated this. Did I mention he was very nice just like Brittany and everyone else there? So in the end, I had to bring back my significant other the next day to test drive the vehicles, and she decided that she wanted to go another direction, as in there’s another vehicle that she likes more. BUT…The least I could do is post my experience online since it was such a good one. Thanks again to Brittany and the team there regardless, and if we ever decide on a Ford we will be back there to see you.
