Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach Delivers Again!! Ronnie Butts searches high & low and finds me a van that is almost impossible to get. This dealer also get's you in and out within an hour or so. I live in Miami and I drove 2 hrs to get to the dealer. That should say a lot already. Michel was very helpful, spoke over text and on the phone got a deal for a 2026 F150 3.5L PB Hybrid that was too good to pass up. No BS, no haggling, just a solid price. At the dealership I met one of the managers, Andrew, who was also very helpful and provided me with all the information that I asked for. Overall great experience.

Michael was excellent! He was extremely responsive and made the entire process quick and easy. He put the whole deal together over the phone so the next day it only took us 30min to test drive, trade my old car, and sign paperwork on my new truck. Saw a used Jeep on the website that really caught my eye, stopped in and E.J came to help me out. They had are just gotten It in and had some repairs to get done to It. EJ kept me informed consistently and was honest the whole time about the progress and status of the vehicle. When the car was ready, we just drove it and loved it EJ answered all questions we had and was super helpful. Bought It on the spot. The car had just gotten brand new tires from the dealership and as we were driving home from purchasing we noticed some pulling. Ended up being a manufacturer defect in the tire and this wonderful car dealership got a tow to my house and are going to fix it. I can’t believe how easy this dealership was. How quick we were in and out and how EASY It was to rectify a problem. Thanks again to EJ for making this a wonderful process and to Skylar for quickly handling the issue with my families safety in mind. 10/10 recommend.

After doing considerable online research, I went to Mullinax knowing what features I wanted in a new car, and the approximate trade-in value of my old car. Chip Durant, in the Sales Department, was able to efficiently arrange for transport and quick delivery of the car I wanted from another of the company's dealerships. The actual trade was very easy, quick and low stress without haggle or compromise. Jerry Hamilton, in the Finance Department, made finalizing the deal very quick, smooth and straightforward without any high pressure sales involved. I had a very good experience with Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach when buying a used car. What I appreciated most was their honesty and straightforward pricing. The price listed on the website was the actual price, plus only Florida tax and registration fees. That was it. After spending a lot of time searching for a car, this was a huge relief. So many dealerships use deceptive practices where they advertise one price, but then add all kinds of nonsense fees and inflate the out-the-door price during the process. It wastes your time and makes the whole experience frustrating. That’s why I really appreciated how Mullinax Ford does business. Everything was clear, fair, and transparent from the beginning. Update: This dealership kept their word. I look forward to doing business with them. "I recently experienced an issue where I was misinformed regarding specific rebates. However, after speaking with the management at Mullinax Ford, they were very transparent about the situation. They explained that while the error originated from the manufacturer's representatives, they are taking full responsibility to correct it. I appreciate that management stepped up rather than just passing the buck. I am taking them at their word that this will be resolved, and I’m choosing to trust their commitment to customer service. You can’t beat it because they put the prices on the windows. We were all over Palm Beach and Martin County and most dealerships Do NOT do this. It feels much more honest and upfront. it doesn’t feel like the salesman is sizing you up. You can walk around and compare vehicles. You know the prices without having to scan barcodes or wait for the Salesman to look it up on his phone. Alex, our salesman was very casual and laid-back; no pressure. He let us drive the cars easily without hassle. The process was easy. The closing was fast. No hard sales.

Enrique and the finance guy(forgot his name, sorry sir) made it happen. They had the truck I wanted, their offer for my trade was fair and offered a fair discount on their truck. They even stayed almost 2 hours after closing for us to make sure we had what we wanted and understood what we were paying without a single complaint. When it came time to sign there was no frills, no extras, nothing shady at all. They were straight forward on pricing/terms from day one and had me out of there at the agreed upon price down to the penny. You can’t really expect anymore from a dealership than true transparency and honesty. I would do it all again at this dealer without hesitation.
