I just had another amazing experience at Mullinax in West Palm. Bobby and Capt. Curtis took great care of my wife and I throughout the whole process. They put us in a beautiful F350 Super Duty, worked the trade numbers to something fair for both sides, and just generally made the whole process seamless. We've never been so relaxed during the process of buying a vehicle from a dealership. Even the final paperwork in the finance office was smooth and stress-free (Thanks to Frank!) 10 out of 10 for the Mullinax team in West Palm Beach.

Had a bad, user operator emergency. On Friday. After lunch. Alex/Alexander was cool, calm, relaxed in the most perfect way for someone who was having an emergency. I couldn't ask for somebody better. He did what other people told him to do while doing exactly what I needed. He didn't really play games like the others, but he did do like he was told. It's hard to be able to put blinders on like a horse and ignore the nonsense that can be going on around you while you multitask. Thanks for your help young man. And whoever did my programming, I greatly appreciate you as well, thank you.

Upfront pricing is fantastic. The salesman, Alex was able to pull up the price of any truck that caught our attention as we walked through the lot. Having the price either on the windshield or Alex being able to pull up the upfront price showed us that a King Range was within our budget, while we were originally there to purchase a Lariat.

They took their time and made sure I wasn’t stressed about the big decision I was making . I had a pre approval for financing so dealing with the finance office wasn’t a big deal for me. I wasn’t impressed with the finance department and chose to go with my pre approved loan. Always do your homework ! I would definitely recommend this dealer and their services.

Darian is the man. No pressure on me as a buyer, but there to help with anything he could. Walked out with a beautiful truck thanks to his help. If you plan on financing through Ford Credit, just do your homework. It’ll save you from the finance department pulling a fast one on you.

Came in to look at a truck over the weekend and Dave McKenzie helped me out. Found one I really liked and decided to pull the trigger. My credit union was closed but was able to put a hold on it for only $500 (refundable) that goes towards my down payment, which was a very nice thing to have so you can think on it or get settled with your bank. The final price was straight forward… sticker price, tax and tag transfer. No bs, haggle or pushing the sale. There was a few things Dave had fixed up for me on the truck too before letting it leave the lot that I pointed out after test drive. Have a future customer in me! Pleasure doing business.

My repair and valet service were scheduled quickly. My vehicle was picked up when I told it would be. Josh, my service advisor, kept me informed and Junior the technician worked for days to diagnose and fix my F-150. My only complaint, and this happens every time I call, is the receptionist who answers ALWAYS says they can't help me for 2 weeks and then I ask to speak to the service manager and that nonsense goes away.

Super quick and easy once I was able to make a decision. Sebastian was fantastic start to finish. I contacted him a week before to talk about the truck, zero pressure, at that time I passed. He didn’t blow up my phone (like some other dealerships I already told no to who have multiple people calling a day, like (sounds like “Dorito dodge”). I texted a week later, it’s still here, came down and was home within 2 hours with a used truck with a warranty and piece of mind that I can change my mind. I love my new (to me) truck!
