Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach Delivers Again!! Ronnie Butts searches high & low and finds me a van that is almost impossible to get. This dealer also get's you in and out within an hour or so. I live in Miami and I drove 2 hrs to get to the dealer. That should say a lot already. Michel was very helpful, spoke over text and on the phone got a deal for a 2026 F150 3.5L PB Hybrid that was too good to pass up. No BS, no haggling, just a solid price. At the dealership I met one of the managers, Andrew, who was also very helpful and provided me with all the information that I asked for. Overall great experience.

Michael was excellent! He was extremely responsive and made the entire process quick and easy. He put the whole deal together over the phone so the next day it only took us 30min to test drive, trade my old car, and sign paperwork on my new truck. Saw a used Jeep on the website that really caught my eye, stopped in and E.J came to help me out. They had are just gotten It in and had some repairs to get done to It. EJ kept me informed consistently and was honest the whole time about the progress and status of the vehicle. When the car was ready, we just drove it and loved it EJ answered all questions we had and was super helpful. Bought It on the spot. The car had just gotten brand new tires from the dealership and as we were driving home from purchasing we noticed some pulling. Ended up being a manufacturer defect in the tire and this wonderful car dealership got a tow to my house and are going to fix it. I can’t believe how easy this dealership was. How quick we were in and out and how EASY It was to rectify a problem. Thanks again to EJ for making this a wonderful process and to Skylar for quickly handling the issue with my families safety in mind. 10/10 recommend.

They gave me better pricing on my trade-in and the purchase price than any other dealer in PBC. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. After doing considerable online research, I went to Mullinax knowing what features I wanted in a new car, and the approximate trade-in value of my old car. Chip Durant, in the Sales Department, was able to efficiently arrange for transport and quick delivery of the car I wanted from another of the company's dealerships. The actual trade was very easy, quick and low stress without haggle or compromise. Jerry Hamilton, in the Finance Department, made finalizing the deal very quick, smooth and straightforward without any high pressure sales involved. Great experience from beginning to end! From my first email/phone interactions with Curtis, I felt no pressure to buy immediately. They provided me with every piece of information I requested in a timely manner. I went in to look at a particular vehicle (2025 Ford Explorer) and when the numbers came back, it didn’t quite fit into my budget. They offered to show me some used models, and they brought out a 2022 Explorer that I happened to like even more than the new one! Bobbi was super helpful throughout the process as well, providing me insight into the vehicle as she owns one herself. Finally, the finance department was phenomenal. I worked with Charlie and he provided me different options for financing and even took the time to educate me on a few things that I was not aware of. He worked with the banks and got me the best interest rate he could find (better than any pre approval I received by a whole point). He even took the time to speak to my wife over the phone and give her the same exact information he gave me so that we could make an informed decision together. This was my third experience with Mullinax and I’m not sure I will do business anywhere else in the future.

I’m a disabled veteran with PTSD. The dealership was able to accommodate me and my service dog. I needed to limit my time in the dealership due to my condition. They were able to do most of the work online and the phone. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that need a new vehicle.

We were hauling out travel trailer to Key West when our under performing catalytic converter caused an issue with the number 6 coil and spark plug. Peyton acted more like a doctor with outstanding bedside manners as he assured us that he was not going to let us be stranded there. We dropped our trailer across the street and Peyton got busy even though his services techs were swamped. He got us on the road quickly by “strapping a rocket to the work order” as he put it. Peyton is the service advisor model that all Ford dealerships should strive to hire.

I had to leave a review, because I’ve had absolutely the best experience here!…. I came to buy a car for my son who is about to be 16 years old. I had an idea of what I wanted, but the moment I walked in the door and met Jake Shaw - even though I was buying a used car- he treated me like I was buying a brand new, super expensive car. He was so patient, responsive, and I felt super comfortable from the start with him. I love that there are no dealer fees- Jake printed out a piece of paper that day that listed exactly what the price would be with all the fees, it was very clear. When it came time to purchase the car, Frank O. was super helpful in explaining all the paperwork… and, unlike other dealers who I feel like this process takes hours and hours, this was super quick, easy, and painless! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership- and ask for Jake!!

Ray Bowen is the man! with 32 years of experience and coming highly recommended to me I knew I had the right guy for the job. Buying a new car can be very intimidating and we all know the fear of being pressured by a pushy salesman. Thankfully I did not have to deal with any of that with Ray. He was quick to respond to me when I had questions through out the process. (I took my time) and he was extremely accommodating. I'm hoping I won't have to buy another car for many years but if that day comes again I know who I'll be going to see. I received awesome customer service at Mullinax Ford on North Lake Blvd. My salesman, Kevin Gort, was genuinely interested in matching me up with my truck. I can tell that Kevin is passionate about Ford vehicles and is very knowledge. I enjoyed test driving trucks with him. I wasnt rushed into buying anything. No pushy sales tactics. He let me know that if I couldn't find a truck on their lot, he could have another truck delivered from a partner dealership. Kevin and I finally found the perfect F150 with a 5.0 coyote motor. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Jake who was easy to talk unlike other salesmen I’ve met. I explained I was buying my first car and trading in my dad’s old vehicle which was fairly appraised by Skylar who I can tell knows the worth behind every vehicle that parks in his lot. Jake answered every question I had as a first time buyer giving me tons of advice and knowledge on all the vehicles they had that suited my taste and my situation. I then met Jeremy who took care of my finances for the beautiful 2022 Honda Accord I now own. He told me what every number I saw meant down to the last detail and gave me a solid plan based on my budget. Overall this was a solid experience and if all goes to plan I will definitely be buying my second car from this exact dealership.
