Everything was so simple, easy, and how a car dealership is supposed to be! No “games” with the pricing, quickly in and out, great customer service. I had Sebastian sell me my car and he was phenomenal. So friendly and so helpful and quick to respond if needed. I then had Charlie for financing, and once again extremely friendly and personable. Really great experience here!

Both of our Ford Edges been serviced here for some five years. In well over a half century of owning cars, this is far and away the most impressive dealership we have encountered. From the courtesy pickup and return of vehicles, to corresponding with a dedicated service manager (Peyton) who knows the details of our request, to easy text communications on every phase of each service, it really could not be any better.

I had such a great experience at Mullinax Ford, and I really wanted to thank Daivis for making the whole process so easy and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and treated me with so much kindness and respect. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made a huge difference. Daivis took his time showing me different cars and was incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without making me feel overwhelmed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people instead of just trying to make a sale. Buying or even looking at cars can be stressful, but Daivis made it an enjoyable experience. His friendly personality and professionalism made me feel confident and comfortable the entire time. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. Our sales rep, Davis, was attentive and understood exactly what we were looking for. He followed up with us through the process as our Bronco needed to be brought down from another dealership. He even checked in with us after we picked up the Bronco. Best Ford Dealership in Florida!! We emailed them the F350 Transit information we wanted to order. Had such a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle with Mullinax Ford, My salesman Dale Lopez helped me through out the process finding the right vehicle with the price I’m happy with. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great service with straight upfront pricing. You pay the listed price plus tax and tag and that’s it. No high pressures sales for add one you don’t want or need or bogus discount offers that other car dealers advertise and then tell you don’t qualify for that discount.

Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! Dale and the entire Mullonax staff were beyond helpful. To be transparent, I shopped the competition — “AP” after I left. I literally ran back to Mullinax and bought my daughter her first car—a green Bronco Sport. I did tell her it will always be green—that's what she loved most. Prices are on point—keep your haggling at home because you won't need it.

Just need more communication between service/sales on the "We Owe". Service does need some signage as I had no idea where the service department was. Otherwise, go visit Mullinax Ford. Our second car purchased through them.

After contacting the dealership to request a specific vehicle, our sales representative, Joel, truly delivered. He provided transparent, upfront pricing with absolutely no hidden fees or unnecessary dealer add-ons. The finance manager was equally clear and straightforward throughout the transaction. Because we completed all the necessary paperwork online prior to my arrival, the entire in-person process took a mere 30 minutes—well worth the 125-mile drive to the dealership. For repairs they were great! Need to watch the recommendations from the quick lane techs. Review the inspection data before agreeing with their recommendation. Cost us 4 new tires and out of warranty repairs 6 months later.

I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !

There's reasons why I not only purchased one vehicle from this location, but now 2. I live in Orlando, and this location ALWAYS has the best prices, always responds to your questions, and I was able to purchase 2 great vehicles with no hassle. They even delivered the vehicles both times to me, no questions asked. I don't know why anyone would subject themselves to any other dealership. Most cases, they also supply a short term warranty with no extra charge for their used vehicles, which again, no other dealership does. 6 stars if they had.

*WARNING, LONG POST BUT WORTH THE READ!* Yesterday I had the pleasure dealing w/ Rene R. and I couldnt be happier!.. The car that I've been looking for, for about SIX MONTHS became available @ MILLINAX FORD just last week or so. Made a 16:15 test drive appointment w/ Rene and we arrived about 10 minutes late (from PSL) and another client had "first dibs" on the Challenger HELLCAT (of my dreams!) I inquired about possibly OUTBIDDING the initial client but Rene told me that's not how we do it here, were a stand up establishment, not your usual used car sleezy dealership. I was CRUSHED, no way the guy wasn't going to buy it, NO WAY! Rene had me hold out, and it PAID off. The other client wanted to "sleep on it" and he departed. Rene said "it's YOURS, he left w/o the purchase!.." I was unbelievably SHOCKED, we started the paperwork and five minutes later the first client came back and decided he wanted to move forward but, unfortunately for he, it was TOO LATE! Knowing how I felt, initially when I was uncertain with the initial client, I would never brag or gloat about leaving w/ the HELLCAT, but what I will say is that finding out that there is at least one, HONEST and trustworthy used (and new) car dealer on the planet in MULLINAX, even though I am on NO WAY a "FORD" guy, whatsoever... they have made a client for LIFE in me, my wife and my kids! There is nowhere else I will ever purchase a vehicle other than here @ MULLINAX FORD of LAKE PARK (and from Rene R.) for as long as I breathe, I wish I could give them TEN STARS! Michael Mc Guire

We enjoy having Mullinax as our local Ford dealership. We have purchased vehicles here, and their no haggle pricing makes the whole experience straightforward and painless. We also rely on their service department to keep our F-150 and Expedition running strong. Their service advisors are friendly and efficient, and the mechanics know what they are doing. Most recently we benefitted from their mobile service. A technician came to our house to inspect our Expedition with regards to a recall. That saved us a trip to the dealership, and helped them by reducing the number of cars passing thru their service department. Very smart. Recently we used their quick lane service for a battery check and replacement. They were prompt and efficient.

This is how we buy a 2026 Explorer ST. My husband does his due diligence, watches every YouTube video known to mankind. He purposely calls in advance with all of his ducks in a row and the first person to answer the phone is the only person that he will look for upon entering. In this experience, Michel was the first sales associate to call my husband back in under 5 minutes and my husband only deals with Michel (bringing back loyalty.) Michel answered 3 questions without hesitation… 1. The Price. 2. Availability. 3. Time best to see it. Chris bought the car immediately after taking it for a test drive. Michel is professional, welcoming and represents an amazingly run organization. Being Retired from Retail Management after 26 amazing years at “a big box retailer” of course I expect exemplary customer service and associates that recognize the value, importance, necessity and worth of our Customer Base.
