Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach Delivers Again!! Ronnie Butts searches high & low and finds me a van that is almost impossible to get. This dealer also get's you in and out within an hour or so. I live in Miami and I drove 2 hrs to get to the dealer. That should say a lot already. Michel was very helpful, spoke over text and on the phone got a deal for a 2026 F150 3.5L PB Hybrid that was too good to pass up. No BS, no haggling, just a solid price. At the dealership I met one of the managers, Andrew, who was also very helpful and provided me with all the information that I asked for. Overall great experience.

Michael was excellent! He was extremely responsive and made the entire process quick and easy. He put the whole deal together over the phone so the next day it only took us 30min to test drive, trade my old car, and sign paperwork on my new truck. The deal was exactly as it was supposed to be and even ended up being a slightly better interest rate. Will definitely consider future purchases with Michael at Mullinax in years to come.

Saw a used Jeep on the website that really caught my eye, stopped in and E.J came to help me out. They had are just gotten It in and had some repairs to get done to It. EJ kept me informed consistently and was honest the whole time about the progress and status of the vehicle. When the car was ready, we just drove it and loved it EJ answered all questions we had and was super helpful. Bought It on the spot. The car had just gotten brand new tires from the dealership and as we were driving home from purchasing we noticed some pulling. Ended up being a manufacturer defect in the tire and this wonderful car dealership got a tow to my house and are going to fix it. I can’t believe how easy this dealership was. How quick we were in and out and how EASY It was to rectify a problem. Thanks again to EJ for making this a wonderful process and to Skylar for quickly handling the issue with my families safety in mind. 10/10 recommend.

They gave me better pricing on my trade-in and the purchase price than any other dealer in PBC. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. After doing considerable online research, I went to Mullinax knowing what features I wanted in a new car, and the approximate trade-in value of my old car. Chip Durant, in the Sales Department, was able to efficiently arrange for transport and quick delivery of the car I wanted from another of the company's dealerships. The actual trade was very easy, quick and low stress without haggle or compromise. Jerry Hamilton, in the Finance Department, made finalizing the deal very quick, smooth and straightforward without any high pressure sales involved. Everyone that I met in the dealership was very friendly. The environment was very clean, calm and relaxing. I saw online that Mullinax had an azure grey Bronco I’ve been looking for… I stopped in that afternoon and was helped by Bobby. She was friendly and took me to find the vehicle on the lot. It didn’t have quite as many options as I was hoping for, so she looked and found another with a better trim package. I put down a deposit and went back the next day with my vehicle to get it appraised for trade-in value. They offered me pretty close to what I thought it was worth (which was probably pretty fair- you always hope for more). We worked out financing and I got a beaut-of-a-truck! Thank you to sales associate Bobby, financing and Mullinax Ford! Mullinax is known for their up front pricing and no fees. It’s nice knowing what you’re getting and not having to play so many games.

Mullinax Ford services my Mustang Mach-E electric vehicle, the most amazing, economical and efficient car I have ever owned. Their service programs are fabulous, most recently making a home service call with a mobile unit and tech who upgraded software, changed air filter, did a complete safety check, topped off fluids and inflated tires, all while the car was in the garage!

After coming from a shady dealership I was picky and had my head on a swivel, but there was no need for that. We called in and spoke with Joel who was friendly over the phone. Again I had doubts because of a previous experience elsewhere but after coming in, he did a phenomenal job of being friendly, up front and was very informed and detailed about the process. We wound up upselling ourselves on a bigger car lol because the original one we wanted was too small. Joel patiently went through the pros and cons of every aspect with us. We didn’t feel pressured to make the decision. Joel gave us ample time to think and offered all the help we needed. We wound up having to come back a second day and was helped by Daivis who also offered speedy and considerate help. We’d mentioned we were in a rush and he did everything he could to ensure we got out timely with our new car! This place had no dealership fees which was a godsend so the amount they showed us was the amount we paid. This place is trustworthy and friendly. 10/10 would recommend despite the 1.5 hour drive we took to get here! Very happy with the experience overall!

We just purchased an 2025 Mustang Mach e. Our salesperson , Bobbie Delahunty, was exceptional. Logical , communicative, helpful and whatever other adjectives describe a truly wonderful salesperson. She knows the cars extremely well and answers any and all questions. She took the time to search dealership’s inventory ( including other locations)to find the perfect car for us.
