I have bought three vehicles from Mullinax Ford. This is due to their superb customer service. I had such an excellent experience with Jake Shaw when I purchased my Ford Bronco I worked with him again when I just purchased a new Ford Maverick

I am a repeat customer of this Ford dealership. I haven’t had a bad experience and this time was the same. Nick G inherited me from someone else who was cool. Nick was very cool, helpful and answered my questions. And trust me I ordered on 5/19/21 so I had a very long time to reach out to him and bug him with questions. Nice guy and not a bad experience. Will come back again but for my hubby’s car.

This place is AMAZING. I had went to another ford previously in wpb and they all ignored me and didn't return my calls i ALMOST picked a VW but i really wanted a ford truck. Happy i called and ANDRES V picked up the phone , he helped me and my dad pick the one he wanted the SAMEDAY. Andres Tambien habla espanol which is a must in FL. ASK FOR ANDRES.

I had a very good experience with Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach when buying a used car. What I appreciated most was their honesty and straightforward pricing. The price listed on the website was the actual price, plus only Florida tax and registration fees. That was it. After spending a lot of time searching for a car, this was a huge relief. So many dealerships use deceptive practices where they advertise one price, but then add all kinds of nonsense fees and inflate the out-the-door price during the process. It wastes your time and makes the whole experience frustrating. That’s why I really appreciated how Mullinax Ford does business. Everything was clear, fair, and transparent from the beginning. No games, no hidden fees, no surprises. I truly value that kind of fair treatment toward customers, and it made the buying process much easier and less stressful. Thanks, Chip. I had a very great experience with this dealer. Joel was my sales person, but he was not pushy at all. The paperwork was a breeze. Very happy with my new vehicle. Also, the sticker price was what I paid. Not hidden fees, delivery fees. Non of that. Only taxes and registration. So far, I am happy customer.

Update: This dealership kept their word. I look forward to doing business with them. "I recently experienced an issue where I was misinformed regarding specific rebates. However, after speaking with the management at Mullinax Ford, they were very transparent about the situation. They explained that while the error originated from the manufacturer's representatives, they are taking full responsibility to correct it. I appreciate that management stepped up rather than just passing the buck. I am taking them at their word that this will be resolved, and I’m choosing to trust their commitment to customer service. It’s rare to find a dealership that takes ownership of a manufacturer's mistake, and I look forward to seeing the final result.

You know the prices without having to scan barcodes or wait for the Salesman to look it up on his phone. Alex, our salesman was very casual and laid-back; no pressure. Enrique and the finance guy(forgot his name, sorry sir) made it happen. They had the truck I wanted, their offer for my trade was fair and offered a fair discount on their truck. They even stayed almost 2 hours after closing for us to make sure we had what we wanted and understood what we were paying without a single complaint. When it came time to sign there was no frills, no extras, nothing shady at all. They were straight forward on pricing/terms from day one and had me out of there at the agreed upon price down to the penny. You can’t really expect anymore from a dealership than true transparency and honesty. I would do it all again at this dealer without hesitation. Great job with great workers

There's reasons why I not only purchased one vehicle from this location, but now 2. I live in Orlando, and this location ALWAYS has the best prices, always responds to your questions, and I was able to purchase 2 great vehicles with no hassle. They even delivered the vehicles both times to me, no questions asked. I don't know why anyone would subject themselves to any other dealership. Most cases, they also supply a short term warranty with no extra charge for their used vehicles, which again, no other dealership does. 6 stars if they had.

*WARNING, LONG POST BUT WORTH THE READ!* Yesterday I had the pleasure dealing w/ Rene R. and I couldnt be happier!.. The car that I've been looking for, for about SIX MONTHS became available @ MILLINAX FORD just last week or so. Made a 16:15 test drive appointment w/ Rene and we arrived about 10 minutes late (from PSL) and another client had "first dibs" on the Challenger HELLCAT (of my dreams!) I inquired about possibly OUTBIDDING the initial client but Rene told me that's not how we do it here, were a stand up establishment, not your usual used car sleezy dealership. I was CRUSHED, no way the guy wasn't going to buy it, NO WAY! Rene had me hold out, and it PAID off. The other client wanted to "sleep on it" and he departed. Rene said "it's YOURS, he left w/o the purchase!.." I was unbelievably SHOCKED, we started the paperwork and five minutes later the first client came back and decided he wanted to move forward but, unfortunately for he, it was TOO LATE! Knowing how I felt, initially when I was uncertain with the initial client, I would never brag or gloat about leaving w/ the HELLCAT, but what I will say is that finding out that there is at least one, HONEST and trustworthy used (and new) car dealer on the planet in MULLINAX, even though I am on NO WAY a "FORD" guy, whatsoever... they have made a client for LIFE in me, my wife and my kids! There is nowhere else I will ever purchase a vehicle other than here @ MULLINAX FORD of LAKE PARK (and from Rene R.) for as long as I breathe, I wish I could give them TEN STARS! Michael Mc Guire
