Everything was so simple, easy, and how a car dealership is supposed to be! No “games” with the pricing, quickly in and out, great customer service. I had Sebastian sell me my car and he was phenomenal. So friendly and so helpful and quick to respond if needed. I then had Charlie for financing, and once again extremely friendly and personable. Really great experience here!

I had such a great experience at Mullinax Ford, and I really wanted to thank Daivis for making the whole process so easy and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and treated me with so much kindness and respect. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made a huge difference. Daivis took his time showing me different cars and was incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without making me feel overwhelmed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people instead of just trying to make a sale. Buying or even looking at cars can be stressful, but Daivis made it an enjoyable experience. His friendly personality and professionalism made me feel confident and comfortable the entire time. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. Our sales rep, Davis, was attentive and understood exactly what we were looking for. He followed up with us through the process as our Bronco needed to be brought down from another dealership. He even checked in with us after we picked up the Bronco. Best Ford Dealership in Florida!! We emailed them the F350 Transit information we wanted to order. Had such a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle with Mullinax Ford, My salesman Dale Lopez helped me through out the process finding the right vehicle with the price I’m happy with. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great service with straight upfront pricing. You pay the listed price plus tax and tag and that’s it. No high pressures sales for add one you don’t want or need or bogus discount offers that other car dealers advertise and then tell you don’t qualify for that discount.

Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! I literally ran back to Mullinax and bought my daughter her first car—a green Bronco Sport. I did tell her it will always be green—that's what she loved most. Just need more communication between service/sales on the "We Owe". Service does need some signage as I had no idea where the service department was. Otherwise, go visit Mullinax Ford. I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !

Great experience from beginning to end! From my first email/phone interactions with Curtis, I felt no pressure to buy immediately. They provided me with every piece of information I requested in a timely manner. I went in to look at a particular vehicle (2025 Ford Explorer) and when the numbers came back, it didn’t quite fit into my budget. They offered to show me some used models, and they brought out a 2022 Explorer that I happened to like even more than the new one! Bobbi was super helpful throughout the process as well, providing me insight into the vehicle as she owns one herself. Finally, the finance department was phenomenal. I worked with Charlie and he provided me different options for financing and even took the time to educate me on a few things that I was not aware of. He worked with the banks and got me the best interest rate he could find (better than any pre approval I received by a whole point). He even took the time to speak to my wife over the phone and give her the same exact information he gave me so that we could make an informed decision together. This was my third experience with Mullinax and I’m not sure I will do business anywhere else in the future.

"I recently experienced an issue where I was misinformed regarding specific rebates. However, after speaking with the management at Mullinax Ford, they were very transparent about the situation. They explained that while the error originated from the manufacturer's representatives, they are taking full responsibility to correct it. I appreciate that management stepped up rather than just passing the buck. I am taking them at their word that this will be resolved, and I’m choosing to trust their commitment to customer service. It’s rare to find a dealership that takes ownership of a manufacturer's mistake, and I look forward to seeing the final result.

"I recently experienced an issue where I was misinformed regarding specific rebates. However, after speaking with the management at Mullinax Ford, they were very transparent about the situation. They explained that while the error originated from the manufacturer's representatives, they are taking full responsibility to correct it. I appreciate that management stepped up rather than just passing the buck. I am taking them at their word that this will be resolved, and I’m choosing to trust their commitment to customer service. It’s rare to find a dealership that takes ownership of a manufacturer's mistake, and I look forward to seeing the final result

I’m a disabled veteran with PTSD. The dealership was able to accommodate me and my service dog. I needed to limit my time in the dealership due to my condition. They were able to do most of the work online and the phone. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that need a new vehicle.

We were hauling out travel trailer to Key West when our under performing catalytic converter caused an issue with the number 6 coil and spark plug. Peyton acted more like a doctor with outstanding bedside manners as he assured us that he was not going to let us be stranded there. We dropped our trailer across the street and Peyton got busy even though his services techs were swamped. He got us on the road quickly by “strapping a rocket to the work order” as he put it. Peyton is the service advisor model that all Ford dealerships should strive to hire.

I had to leave a review, because I’ve had absolutely the best experience here!…. I came to buy a car for my son who is about to be 16 years old. I had an idea of what I wanted, but the moment I walked in the door and met Jake Shaw - even though I was buying a used car- he treated me like I was buying a brand new, super expensive car. He was so patient, responsive, and I felt super comfortable from the start with him. I love that there are no dealer fees- Jake printed out a piece of paper that day that listed exactly what the price would be with all the fees, it was very clear. When it came time to purchase the car, Frank O. was super helpful in explaining all the paperwork… and, unlike other dealers who I feel like this process takes hours and hours, this was super quick, easy, and painless! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership- and ask for Jake!!

Ray Bowen is the man! with 32 years of experience and coming highly recommended to me I knew I had the right guy for the job. Buying a new car can be very intimidating and we all know the fear of being pressured by a pushy salesman. Thankfully I did not have to deal with any of that with Ray. He was quick to respond to me when I had questions through out the process. (I took my time) and he was extremely accommodating. I'm hoping I won't have to buy another car for many years but if that day comes again I know who I'll be going to see. I received awesome customer service at Mullinax Ford on North Lake Blvd. My salesman, Kevin Gort, was genuinely interested in matching me up with my truck. I can tell that Kevin is passionate about Ford vehicles and is very knowledge. I enjoyed test driving trucks with him. I wasnt rushed into buying anything. No pushy sales tactics. He let me know that if I couldn't find a truck on their lot, he could have another truck delivered from a partner dealership. Kevin and I finally found the perfect F150 with a 5.0 coyote motor. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Jake who was easy to talk unlike other salesmen I’ve met. I explained I was buying my first car and trading in my dad’s old vehicle which was fairly appraised by Skylar who I can tell knows the worth behind every vehicle that parks in his lot. Jake answered every question I had as a first time buyer giving me tons of advice and knowledge on all the vehicles they had that suited my taste and my situation. I then met Jeremy who took care of my finances for the beautiful 2022 Honda Accord I now own. He told me what every number I saw meant down to the last detail and gave me a solid plan based on my budget. Overall this was a solid experience and if all goes to plan I will definitely be buying my second car from this exact dealership.
