I had a great experience with this dealership. I worked with Curtis and Michael test driving and choosing the right vehicle for me . They took their time and made sure I wasn’t stressed about the big decision I was making . I had a pre approval for financing so dealing with the finance office wasn’t a big deal for me. I wasn’t impressed with the finance department and chose to go with my pre approved loan. Always do your homework ! I would definitely recommend this dealer and their services.

Darian is the man. No pressure on me as a buyer, but there to help with anything he could. Walked out with a beautiful truck thanks to his help. If you plan on financing through Ford Credit, just do your homework. It’ll save you from the finance department pulling a fast one on you.

Everything was excellent.

Came in to look at a truck over the weekend and Dave McKenzie helped me out. Found one I really liked and decided to pull the trigger. My credit union was closed but was able to put a hold on it for only $500 (refundable) that goes towards my down payment, which was a very nice thing to have so you can think on it or get settled with your bank. The final price was straight forward… sticker price, tax and tag transfer. No bs, haggle or pushing the sale. There was a few things Dave had fixed up for me on the truck too before letting it leave the lot that I pointed out after test drive. Have a future customer in me! Pleasure doing business.

My repair and valet service were scheduled quickly. My vehicle was picked up when I told it would be. Josh, my service advisor, kept me informed and Junior the technician worked for days to diagnose and fix my F-150. My only complaint, and this happens every time I call, is the receptionist who answers ALWAYS says they can't help me for 2 weeks and then I ask to speak to the service manager and that nonsense goes away.

Super quick and easy once I was able to make a decision. Sebastian was fantastic start to finish. I contacted him a week before to talk about the truck, zero pressure, at that time I passed. He didn’t blow up my phone (like some other dealerships I already told no to who have multiple people calling a day, like (sounds like “Dorito dodge”). I texted a week later, it’s still here, came down and was home within 2 hours with a used truck with a warranty and piece of mind that I can change my mind. I love my new (to me) truck!

Took my F150 to Mullinax Ford for a factory recall, they gave me a time when it would be finished and called me an hour before the time they had quoted. I would definitely take my vehicle back there again for any work that needs to be done. Everything was done, professional, and quickly.

Best dealership experience we've ever had. Everything was so straightforward and easy. We purchased a used 2014 Honda Odyssey over a year ago now. We have not had a single problem with it. The trade in price was higher than the online estimates. We did not finance, so I cannot speak to that aspect. I always recommend shopping loans and not going directly for loans via dealership, though. The process was very fast without financing involved - about 2 hours total to process the trade in and inspect and purchase the vehicle and transfer tag. I'd pick this dealership again.

I have to say that my experience with Mullinax Ford was the best I've ever had. They gave me a really fair price for my Chevy trade in. They never tried to push me into anything. Ive bought from alot of dealerships in palm beach county over the years and I always felt like they were getting one over on me but I didn't feel that at Mullinax. Over the last year myself and 3 other family members have bought 3 new vehicles and 1 certified used and have been extremely happy. We enjoy having Mullinax as our local Ford dealership. We have purchased vehicles here, and their no haggle pricing makes the whole experience straightforward and painless. We also rely on their service department to keep our F-150 and Expedition running strong. Their service advisors are friendly and efficient, and the mechanics know what they are doing. Most recently we benefitted from their mobile service. A technician came to our house to inspect our Expedition with regards to a recall. That saved us a trip to the dealership, and helped them by reducing the number of cars passing thru their service department. Very smart. Recently we used their quick lane service for a battery check and replacement. They were prompt and efficient. We also have purchased tires here, and find their customer service beats the local tire store that used to be king.

The competition will draw you with prices $1, 000s less until you arrive then hit you with fees and other pushy offers you don't need . No one enjoys haggling.
