My experience was so great! I went in on Friday to look at A vehicle. Ronnie helped us he made everything so easy. I went back on Saturday and I purchased the vehicle and I cannot say enough about how excited I am. Jeremy, who’s in finance explained everything to me, again which I truly appreciate. Ronnie Again above and beyond Customer Service highly highly recommend. I love Ford.

I saw online that Mullinax had an azure grey Bronco I’ve been looking for… I stopped in that afternoon and was helped by Bobby. She was friendly and took me to find the vehicle on the lot. It didn’t have quite as many options as I was hoping for, so she looked and found another with a better trim package. I put down a deposit and went back the next day with my vehicle to get it appraised for trade-in value. They offered me pretty close to what I thought it was worth (which was probably pretty fair- you always hope for more). We worked out financing and I got a beaut-of-a-truck! Thank you to sales associate Bobby, financing and Mullinax Ford! Mullinax is known for their up front pricing and no fees. It’s nice knowing what you’re getting and not having to play so many games.

Mullinax Ford services my Mustang Mach-E electric vehicle, the most amazing, economical and efficient car I have ever owned. Their service programs are fabulous, most recently making a home service call with a mobile unit and tech who upgraded software, changed air filter, did a complete safety check, topped off fluids and inflated tires, all while the car was in the garage!

After coming from a shady dealership I was picky and had my head on a swivel, but there was no need for that. We called in and spoke with Joel who was friendly over the phone. Again I had doubts because of a previous experience elsewhere but after coming in, he did a phenomenal job of being friendly, up front and was very informed and detailed about the process. We wound up upselling ourselves on a bigger car lol because the original one we wanted was too small. Joel patiently went through the pros and cons of every aspect with us. We didn’t feel pressured to make the decision. Joel gave us ample time to think and offered all the help we needed. We wound up having to come back a second day and was helped by Daivis who also offered speedy and considerate help. We’d mentioned we were in a rush and he did everything he could to ensure we got out timely with our new car! This place had no dealership fees which was a godsend so the amount they showed us was the amount we paid. This place is trustworthy and friendly. 10/10 would recommend despite the 1.5 hour drive we took to get here! Very happy with the experience overall!

We just purchased an 2025 Mustang Mach e. Our salesperson , Bobbie Delahunty, was exceptional. Logical , communicative, helpful and whatever other adjectives describe a truly wonderful salesperson. She knows the cars extremely well and answers any and all questions. She took the time to search dealership’s inventory ( including other locations)to find the perfect car for us. She found other vehicles we could look at the actual colors and see the options. We ended up buying the vehicle she had onsite. If you are looking for a Ford, she is the person to contact.

There statements are true. They will sell you the vehicle at the advertised price. NO DEALER FEES!! Also very low pressure from the salesman and the credit manager. We drove out with a new truck in under 2 hours. I would tell anyone to ask for Enrique very easy to deal with.

Had such a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle with Mullinax Ford, My salesman Dale Lopez helped me through out the process finding the right vehicle with the price I’m happy with. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great service with straight upfront pricing. You pay the listed price plus tax and tag and that’s it. No high pressures sales for add one you don’t want or need or bogus discount offers that other car dealers advertise and then tell you don’t qualify for that discount.

Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! I literally ran back to Mullinax and bought my daughter her first car—a green Bronco Sport. I did tell her it will always be green—that's what she loved most. Mullinax Ford WPB was great. Sales rep., Sales & Finance Managers were very professional. I love the upfront pricing. NO haggle or BS. Vehicle was clean and not over priced at all. Just need more communication between service/sales on the "We Owe". Service does need some signage as I had no idea where the service department was. Otherwise, go visit Mullinax Ford. Our second car purchased through them.

After contacting the dealership to request a specific vehicle, our sales representative, Joel, truly delivered. He provided transparent, upfront pricing with absolutely no hidden fees or unnecessary dealer add-ons. The finance manager was equally clear and straightforward throughout the transaction. Because we completed all the necessary paperwork online prior to my arrival, the entire in-person process took a mere 30 minutes—well worth the 125-mile drive to the dealership. For repairs they were great! Need to watch the recommendations from the quick lane techs. Review the inspection data before agreeing with their recommendation. Cost us 4 new tires and out of warranty repairs 6 months later.

I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !
