Everything was so simple, easy, and how a car dealership is supposed to be! No “games” with the pricing, quickly in and out, great customer service. I had Sebastian sell me my car and he was phenomenal. So friendly and so helpful and quick to respond if needed. I then had Charlie for financing, and once again extremely friendly and personable. Really great experience here!

I had such a great experience at Mullinax Ford, and I really wanted to thank Daivis for making the whole process so easy and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and treated me with so much kindness and respect. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made a huge difference. Daivis took his time showing me different cars and was incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without making me feel overwhelmed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people instead of just trying to make a sale. Buying or even looking at cars can be stressful, but Daivis made it an enjoyable experience. His friendly personality and professionalism made me feel confident and comfortable the entire time. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. Our sales rep, Davis, was attentive and understood exactly what we were looking for. He followed up with us through the process as our Bronco needed to be brought down from another dealership. He even checked in with us after we picked up the Bronco. Best Ford Dealership in Florida!! We emailed them the F350 Transit information we wanted to order. Robert got in contact with us, ordered the Transit, and 4 months later we are driving our 2026 F350 Transit. Mullimax was the only dealership that would work with us.. Had such a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle with Mullinax Ford, My salesman Dale Lopez helped me through out the process finding the right vehicle with the price I’m happy with. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great service with straight upfront pricing. You pay the listed price plus tax and tag and that’s it. No high pressures sales for add one you don’t want or need or bogus discount offers that other car dealers advertise and then tell you don’t qualify for that discount.

Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! I literally ran back to Mullinax and bought my daughter her first car—a green Bronco Sport. I did tell her it will always be green—that's what she loved most. Just need more communication between service/sales on the "We Owe". Service does need some signage as I had no idea where the service department was. Otherwise, go visit Mullinax Ford. After contacting the dealership to request a specific vehicle, our sales representative, Joel, truly delivered. He provided transparent, upfront pricing with absolutely no hidden fees or unnecessary dealer add-ons. The finance manager was equally clear and straightforward throughout the transaction. I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !

I saw online that Mullinax had an azure grey Bronco I’ve been looking for… I stopped in that afternoon and was helped by Bobby. She was friendly and took me to find the vehicle on the lot. It didn’t have quite as many options as I was hoping for, so she looked and found another with a better trim package. I put down a deposit and went back the next day with my vehicle to get it appraised for trade-in value. They offered me pretty close to what I thought it was worth (which was probably pretty fair- you always hope for more). We worked out financing and I got a beaut-of-a-truck! Thank you to sales associate Bobby, financing and Mullinax Ford! Mullinax is known for their up front pricing and no fees. It’s nice knowing what you’re getting and not having to play so many games.

Mullinax Ford services my Mustang Mach-E electric vehicle, the most amazing, economical and efficient car I have ever owned. Their service programs are fabulous, most recently making a home service call with a mobile unit and tech who upgraded software, changed air filter, did a complete safety check, topped off fluids and inflated tires, all while the car was in the garage!

After coming from a shady dealership I was picky and had my head on a swivel, but there was no need for that. We called in and spoke with Joel who was friendly over the phone. Again I had doubts because of a previous experience elsewhere but after coming in, he did a phenomenal job of being friendly, up front and was very informed and detailed about the process. We wound up upselling ourselves on a bigger car lol because the original one we wanted was too small. Joel patiently went through the pros and cons of every aspect with us. We didn’t feel pressured to make the decision. Joel gave us ample time to think and offered all the help we needed. We wound up having to come back a second day and was helped by Daivis who also offered speedy and considerate help. We’d mentioned we were in a rush and he did everything he could to ensure we got out timely with our new car! This place had no dealership fees which was a godsend so the amount they showed us was the amount we paid. This place is trustworthy and friendly. 10/10 would recommend despite the 1.5 hour drive we took to get here! Very happy with the experience overall!

We just purchased an 2025 Mustang Mach e. Our salesperson , Bobbie Delahunty, was exceptional. Logical , communicative, helpful and whatever other adjectives describe a truly wonderful salesperson. She knows the cars extremely well and answers any and all questions. She took the time to search dealership’s inventory ( including other locations)to find the perfect car for us.
