Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach Delivers Again!! Ronnie Butts searches high & low and finds me a van that is almost impossible to get. This dealer also get's you in and out within an hour or so. I live in Miami and I drove 2 hrs to get to the dealer. That should say a lot already. Michel was very helpful, spoke over text and on the phone got a deal for a 2026 F150 3.5L PB Hybrid that was too good to pass up. No BS, no haggling, just a solid price. At the dealership I met one of the managers, Andrew, who was also very helpful and provided me with all the information that I asked for. Overall great experience.

Michael was excellent! He was extremely responsive and made the entire process quick and easy. He put the whole deal together over the phone so the next day it only took us 30min to test drive, trade my old car, and sign paperwork on my new truck. Saw a used Jeep on the website that really caught my eye, stopped in and E.J came to help me out. They had are just gotten It in and had some repairs to get done to It. EJ kept me informed consistently and was honest the whole time about the progress and status of the vehicle. When the car was ready, we just drove it and loved it EJ answered all questions we had and was super helpful. Bought It on the spot. The car had just gotten brand new tires from the dealership and as we were driving home from purchasing we noticed some pulling. Ended up being a manufacturer defect in the tire and this wonderful car dealership got a tow to my house and are going to fix it. I can’t believe how easy this dealership was. How quick we were in and out and how EASY It was to rectify a problem. Thanks again to EJ for making this a wonderful process and to Skylar for quickly handling the issue with my families safety in mind. 10/10 recommend.

After doing considerable online research, I went to Mullinax knowing what features I wanted in a new car, and the approximate trade-in value of my old car. Chip Durant, in the Sales Department, was able to efficiently arrange for transport and quick delivery of the car I wanted from another of the company's dealerships. The actual trade was very easy, quick and low stress without haggle or compromise. Jerry Hamilton, in the Finance Department, made finalizing the deal very quick, smooth and straightforward without any high pressure sales involved. Great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Mullinax. Dave McKenzie made the whole process a breeze and was easy to work with. Initially wanted to look at one vehicle but I unfortunately didn't get there in time to secure it, but they had another vehicle at a different lot I was interested in. After a phone call and a small deposit, Dave had the vehicle brought down for me to inspect. The vehicle was everything as described and I inked the deal right then and there. The finance director was pleasant and helpful and explained all the options and price break down with warranty and service agreements. I'll be happy to shop with them again, and certainly will recommend my friends and family to look Mullinax up when shopping for a new vehicle or service.

I recently upgraded my F150. I spoke to Alex in N. Palm about a new one, but couldn't find one with the spec I wanted. I wondered if he'd be as helpful with a used one in Apopka, but he didn't hesitate. Within a few days it was here with no hassles, nicely detailed. I've bought at least four vehicles there and been happy every time. I like the set pricing, and no inflated dealer fees. Excellent sale process - Michael did a SUPERB job with the whole deal. I went to another Ford dealership not far from house in Jacksonville and they added all the fees to the cost of the truck. Mullinax showed the bottom line upfront and it was a great price. It was worth the 4 and half hour drive to West Palm Beach to save thousands of dollars. Highly recommend Mullinax!

Upfront pricing and gave me top dollar for my trade. Renee made the sales experience easy and fast. Service after the sale was great. I had a few minor issues and they were taken care of properly and professionally. Peyton, the Service Writer, really took care of me. He got my issue with the Active Air Dam solved and provided me with a brand new loaner to drive. Excellent Service! I recently purchased a Ford Explorer ST from Mullinax Ford and had a fantastic experience. The young salesman I worked with was outstanding — friendly, knowledgeable, and easygoing. He let me take the vehicle for a test drive without any hesitation, which I really appreciated. He wasn’t pushy like many salespeople tend to be, which made the process much more comfortable. I took a couple of days to consider my options while trying to sell my previous vehicle, but ultimately decided to trade it in. The manager was top-notch — very fair and transparent with the trade-in value, which I felt good about. With their no-haggle pricing and Ford’s current incentives, everything came together smoothly and made for a great buying experience. I highly recommend Mullinax Ford if you're in the market for a new vehicle!

Much of the negatives you expect from other dealerships is NOT what happens here. I purchased my car here. Also, while other Ford dealerships make you try to schedule a mechanical issue with their service department days to perhaps weeks out, if there is an issue, Mullinax has a policy to take you in if you arrive early. Great service and customer care. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

Upfront pricing, gave top dollar for my trade, and had great after the sale service. UPDATE 1: 14 days after purchase. I had some codes that my mechanic found in the history. My sales person RENEE got me an appointment on the same day I was having the Dent Guy pull a minor ding out of my vehicle (Dealer paid for this). They gave me a nice new loaner and cleared the codes and I got the vehicle back a day later. Then I started getting some warnings on my dash about an Active Air Dam fault. I attempted to contact the service rep for about 3 days and was promised a call back, but I never got a call back. I found a Ford TSB published May 2025 about this issue that calls for a simple update to the PCM to resolve the issue. After not being able to contact the service rep the soonest appointment I can get is 2 weeks out. I made the appointment. The reason I am posting this update is that I want the Owner/Management to be aware of lack of simple follow up and communication. I understand that the service department may be swamped, but a simple 2 minute follow up call would go along way to win points in the customer service column. Still 5 stars based on sales and initial service visit, but would like better followup and communication. UPDATE 2: I finally got hold of service writer and was able to bring truck in next day. They diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Just need to go back one more time to get the part installed.

I have not purchased or leased a new vehicle in over 22yrs. Partially because I hate going to the dealership. Circumstances put me in situation where I needed a new truck. I considered used, off marketplace etc. While looking, I stumbled upon the good people here at Mulinex. Man, I can't even describe how easy this process was. I spoke to them on Saturday, I went there around 1pm on Sunday. I drove the truck, watched football, and drove home in my new truck in a mere couple hours. No one was pushy, no underhanded sales tactics, it simply was exactly what every car buying experience should be. These guys should open a school and teach other dealerships how to do it right. They got my business from now on. Thank you Michel and everyone else that helped me out. You guys are the best.
