I live in Miami and I drove 2 hrs to get to the dealer. That should say a lot already. Michel was very helpful, spoke over text and on the phone got a deal for a 2026 F150 3.5L PB Hybrid that was too good to pass up. No BS, no haggling, just a solid price. At the dealership I met one of the managers, Andrew, who was also very helpful and provided me with all the information that I asked for. Overall great experience.

He put the whole deal together over the phone so the next day it only took us 30min to test drive, trade my old car, and sign paperwork on my new truck. Saw a used Jeep on the website that really caught my eye, stopped in and E.J came to help me out. They had are just gotten It in and had some repairs to get done to It. EJ kept me informed consistently and was honest the whole time about the progress and status of the vehicle. When the car was ready, we just drove it and loved it EJ answered all questions we had and was super helpful. Bought It on the spot.
The car had just gotten brand new tires from the dealership and as we were driving home from purchasing we noticed some pulling. Ended up being a manufacturer defect in the tire and this wonderful car dealership got a tow to my house and are going to fix it. I can’t believe how easy this dealership was. How quick we were in and out and how EASY It was to rectify a problem.
Thanks again to EJ for making this a wonderful process and to Skylar for quickly handling the issue with my families safety in mind.
10/10 recommend.

After doing considerable online research, I went to Mullinax knowing what features I wanted in a new car, and the approximate trade-in value of my old car. I have bought multiple vehicles From this dealer and I can honestly say I don’t think in the United States of America there is a better dealer. It will be very hard for someone to convince me that they have dealt with nicer more genuine, more honest people such as Curtis, a.k.a. Captain Curtis and crew. I recommend totally do not waste time. I drive all the way from the Fort Lauderdale area to come to this dealer ask for Curtis a.k.a. Captain Curtis and you will not regret it. Do not waste your time going to other dealers. Met up with my sale rep Dave McKenzie he was very nice and helpful, was not pushy. Finance was pretty great too they were able to help address some concerns even lower the payment to make owning a car just a luxury instead of a burden. All the staff was friendly and polite. Kept coming over asking if I needed anything. Did not feel like a dealership. Will definitely go back for my next car and son future car.you should check them out, I am sure you will love the experience.

Working with Dave Makenzie was great when getting my new car. I found a car I liked online. The no haggle price was a good deal. I used the text for more information link. Dave got back to me quickly to confirm the car was available. Over text and exchanging of pictures he was able to give me a trade in value on my car and a preliminary cost summary of the new purchase before I even arrived on the lot. Once I arrived to take it for a test drive that was easy too. After the decision to buy everyone in the dealership that I work with was very nice. Charlie Munoz worked the numbers to get a great maintenance warranty within my budget as well. Loved the process. Simple and seamless.

I have now bought two vehicles from Mullinax Ford and this dealership is by far the best experience I’ve had. They listen to the customers needs, are very helpful, and with the upfront pricing, there’s no surprise fees. If you want to purchase service or maintenance contracts they’re very upfront with the cost of that. In addition to that haggle free upfront pricing, they are still very competitive on their pricing. The process with them is also quick and easy. Last time I was there, I was in and out in two hours. I will definitely be going back to Mulinax Ford for my vehicle needs.

2025 Update: I have purchased yet another truck from Mullinax. Every bit of praise I gave them before still rings true; they are the best. Darian in particular was professional, patient, attentive, and extraordinarily capable. Not only did he make the purchasing process effortless, he also dealt with my neurotic perfectionism for a week afterwards. Absolutely 10/10. I have now purchased 3 trucks from Mullinax, and I have had an excellent experience each time.

I've purchased many vehicles in my life, and Mullinax is the only dealer in South Florida that doesn't waste my time with nonsense.
I spent 6 months looking for a truck. I was ready to purchase a TRX from Arrigo but they had a "market adjustment" so I left. I went to Wayne Akers but they were both incompetent and inconsiderate. I went to various other dealerships and got similar treatment. Finally, I went back to Mullinax and ordered a Super Duty. It's bigger than I ideally wanted but it's a fantastic truck. The ordering process was painless, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of useless junk, payment was simple, they haven't spammed me, and they generally treated me well. I had purchased an F-150 from them back in 2014 and I should have just gone back to them first. They're fantastic.
Mullinax is the best car dealership in South Florida out of all the ones I've been to. I highly recommend them.

Ray Bowen is the man! with 32 years of experience and coming highly recommended to me I knew I had the right guy for the job. Buying a new car can be very intimidating and we all know the fear of being pressured by a pushy salesman. Thankfully I did not have to deal with any of that with Ray.
