Everything was so simple, easy, and how a car dealership is supposed to be! No “games” with the pricing, quickly in and out, great customer service. I had Sebastian sell me my car and he was phenomenal. So friendly and so helpful and quick to respond if needed. I then had Charlie for financing, and once again extremely friendly and personable. Really great experience here!

Both of our Ford Edges been serviced here for some five years. In well over a half century of owning cars, this is far and away the most impressive dealership we have encountered. From the courtesy pickup and return of vehicles, to corresponding with a dedicated service manager (Peyton) who knows the details of our request, to easy text communications on every phase of each service, it really could not be any better.

I had such a great experience at Mullinax Ford, and I really wanted to thank Daivis for making the whole process so easy and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and treated me with so much kindness and respect. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made a huge difference. Daivis took his time showing me different cars and was incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without making me feel overwhelmed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people instead of just trying to make a sale. Buying or even looking at cars can be stressful, but Daivis made it an enjoyable experience. His friendly personality and professionalism made me feel confident and comfortable the entire time. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. Our sales rep, Davis, was attentive and understood exactly what we were looking for. He followed up with us through the process as our Bronco needed to be brought down from another dealership. He even checked in with us after we picked up the Bronco. Had such a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle with Mullinax Ford, My salesman Dale Lopez helped me through out the process finding the right vehicle with the price I’m happy with. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great service with straight upfront pricing. You pay the listed price plus tax and tag and that’s it. No high pressures sales for add one you don’t want or need or bogus discount offers that other car dealers advertise and then tell you don’t qualify for that discount.

Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! Dale and the entire Mullonax staff were beyond helpful. To be transparent, I shopped the competition — “AP” after I left. I literally ran back to Mullinax and bought my daughter her first car—a green Bronco Sport. I did tell her it will always be green—that's what she loved most. Prices are on point—keep your haggling at home because you won't need it.

Just need more communication between service/sales on the "We Owe". Service does need some signage as I had no idea where the service department was. Otherwise, go visit Mullinax Ford. I have only had amazing experiences here! I bought my 2022 used Ford Maverick here back in December of 2023 and regularly get my car serviced here. Just last week I had to get some regular service done and a couple recalls fixed. The service took a couple days, and when I went to pick my car up I noticed a new noise coming from my AC. My service advisor listened to my concerns and offered to take another look to make sure nothing was amiss. They had to keep my truck another day, but sure enough they found leaves that had fallen into the blower motor when they changed the cabin filter! I was so grateful that they listened to my concerns and were able to fix all the issues with my truck !

That was the weirdest car buying experience I’ve ever had. There was no additional fees to argue over, everyone was nice from the receptionist to the finance manager. The price was fair, the trade-in was fair. No complaints just compliments on the great service and the great experience. My new (to me) Ridgeline was delivered immaculate, Ronnie (salesman) Was a real person, without all of the car sales BS. I had an outstanding experience at Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach while helping my daughter buy her first car. Anyone who lives in South Florida knows how tough it is to find a reasonably priced used car — the markups are insane and most dealers list cars way above Kelly Blue Book. After checking with about 15 dealerships and barely getting a straight answer (only one even sent me an “out the door” price, and that took days), I found Mullinax Ford late one night while searching for dealerships with no fees. Right away, their pricing caught my eye because it was actually fair — right in line with Kelly Blue Book. No games. No surprises. And when my daughter reached out, our salesperson, Dave McKenzie, responded immediately and was the first person in this whole process who seemed genuinely transparent. From the moment we arrived, Dave made the experience relaxed and low pressure. My daughter wanted her name on the paperwork since this was her first car, and the team immediately recognized that. In fact, they pretty much pushed me off to the sidelines (in a good way!) so she could have the full experience and feel confident doing it on her own. As a dad, that meant a lot. Charlie Munoz in finance was great as well — knowledgeable and friendly. My only small suggestion for him would be to remember that some of us come in cautious because of past experiences with other dealerships. Once I realized Mullinax really wasn’t going to slip in any hidden fees or shady add-ons, I honestly wished I had asked more questions. But even so, the financing was straightforward, fair, and far better than anything we’d been offered elsewhere. And then, to top it all off, while we were doing paperwork, a gentleman started chatting with us about the car my daughter picked. We talked for a good 10 minutes — about cars, weddings, life — before I realized he was Scott Nicolas, a partner in the Mullinax Ford Group (and a former NFL player!). There was no ego, no sales pitch — just a warm, genuine conversation that felt like chatting with an old friend. It made the experience even more memorable for my daughter. In a market full of overpriced cars and high-pressure tactics, Mullinax Ford was a breath of fresh air. Fair prices, no hidden fees, honest people, and a team that truly cares about making the experience a good one — especially for a first-time buyer. Highly recommend this dealership, and huge thanks to Dave, Charlie, and Scott for making the whole thing something my daughter will never forget.

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO THE POST FROM SEPT 2025: I wrote how my experience at Mullinax was a great experience and I wanted to update that post. First, I did not purchase an expensive, new vehicle...I bought a used car. Even though I was not an affluent customer for them and didn't spend a lot of money, Mullinax treated me just as if I had purchased the most expensive vehicle on the lot. After purchasing my used car, I noticed that there was an issue with the transmission. Mullinax took the car back, sent it to the manufacturer repair shop and diligently worked with the manufacturer to repair my vehicle and make it better than ever. Mullinax also was incredibly helpful during the time I was without a vehicle. Josh, the service manager, is a really great guy and did everything he could do to get me through this and Mullinax did everything they could to get my car repaired. I've bought lots of cars in my lifetime and I never got this good of service even when I bought a brand new vehicles costing tens of thousands of dollars more than I spent at Mullinax. I cannot recommend Mullinax higher than five stars but if I could I'd give them 10 stars!! Thank you Mullinax! Mullinax Ford is the place to go if you’re looking for a quality used vehicle. Unlike every other dealer I went to, Mullinax does not charge dealer fees and because of that I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. The people at Mullinax I worked with were really nice and it was a very simple process. A big five star review for my sales person, Dave Mckenzie. He was great to work with, Look for him when you go there. Charles, the finance person, also made it a simple process to get in and out. On top of that, my vehicle is Ford certified which takes a lot of the worry out of purchasing a used car. I Highly recommend Mullinax Ford and wish I had gone there in the first place!

That was the weirdest car buying experience I’ve ever had. There was no additional fees to argue over, everyone was nice from the receptionist to the finance manager. The price was fair, the trade-in was fair. No complaints just compliments on the great service and the great experience. My new (to me) Hinda was delivered immaculate, Ronnie (salesman) Was a real person, without all of the car sales BS. I would highly recommend Mullinax to my friends and I want to take the time here to thank everyone involved in my deal, it was a positive experience from start to finish..

A million thanks to Jake Shaw for his professionalism and knowledge and skills in representing himself as a proud Ford salesman. We had a great experience purchasing a new F150 Lariat. Jake’s dedication, passion and grace as a salesman make our experience hassle free, relax and so worth the investment into a new ford vehicle . Especially being First time Ford buyers. Jake even went above and beyond to stay back until after 8pm when he was supposed to leave at 7pm. The signed documents took longer due to an email sent by Bren for 2nd owner to sign. The email couldn’t download. Despite many attempts and communication to resend. Bren stated “ I live in Wellington one hour away, had a long day and I want to go home.” He handed the documents to Jake and told Jake to wait only if he wants for the 2nd owner to arrive. Or they will have to come back tomorrow. Jake showed no signs of hesitation, he was excited to ensure excellent high standards of customer service. When the 2nd owner showed up Jake was extremely pleasant. He accomplished completing the process. We drove off highly impressed and Very satisfied. Than you Jake Shaw. Just bought an amazing convertible Ford Mustang GT. I love a dealership that is just honest and gives you the “out the door” price with no hidden fees, which is exactly what Mullinex Ford West Palm Beach does. The experience could not have gone better, even with financing. I e-signed all the documents and we ended up spending less that 1/2 hour at the dealership. To be fair, there were some minor issues and miscommunications once things moved onto the financing department, but everything was resolved quickly and without issue! I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mullinax. I spoke with probably 5 or 6 other dealers when I was in the market for a new vehicle, and each one gave the runaround with ridiculous fees and “add-ons” that you couldn’t opt out of - to the tune of 1000s of dollars. Mullinax is so straightforward- everything is spelled out and fair. I wish all car dealers were like them!
