I saw the Avalanche on the Mullinax website and entered my info that I was interested. Jake Shaw replied quickly so I called and said I would be there shortly to see it. The vehicle had just arrived and therefore was still in the shop Waiting for a mechanical inspection. The avalanche was exactly as it appeared on the website, which was just about perfect. I left a deposit came back two days later and paid for it. The vehicle is awesome runs and drives perfect the service at the dealership with Jake and the finance manager was exceptional and just for the record after 45 years in the car business it’s the first retail car purchase I have ever had and it was awesome. As I told Jake, I am “the mouth of the south“ and I will let everyone know as I’m doing now.

We had a positive experience with the dealer, first we found the car that we were looking for, NO DEALER FEES, which was a good saving, the only thing that their prices are final, they didn’t allow us to negotiate the price, but overall they got us a low APR, awesome agent’s service, please look for Nacima, she will help you out with your business.

The people at Mullinax I worked with were really nice and it was a very simple process. A big five star review for my sales person, Dave Mckenzie. He was great to work with, Look for him when you go there. The finance person also made it a simple process to get in and out. On top of that, my vehicle is Ford certified which takes a lot of the worry out of purchasing a used car. I Highly recommend Mullinax Ford and wish I had gone there in the first place!

From buying the truck to getting it serviced, this was a great experience. They respected my time, allowed me to leave a deposit and come back in the morning to finish up. In and out in about an hour to buy a used car is amazing. The truck did end up having some mechanical issues but their service department took care of it immediately, and even gave me a loaner for the week. Dave in sales and Peyton in service — great guys.

My experience at Mullinax Ford West Palm Beach this week could not have been better! Specifically Darian that I worked with through the process. Everyone dreads car shopping because of how long the process typically is. I walked in there on Thursday & was out of there in under 2 hours. All that was left to do the following day was sign my paperwork! The following day I was in and out in about an hour & drove away with my new car. Hands down the most efficient, friendly, responsive dealership I have ever worked with. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!!

Not pushy but will work for you and your goals. Completely easy going. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with him. I love my new expedition! We have a fleet of 6.7 super duty’s and our next one I surely will reach out to him to see if it can happen. I live in Miami and I drove 2 hrs to get to the dealer. That should say a lot already. Michel was very helpful, spoke over text and on the phone got a deal for a 2026 F150 3.5L PB Hybrid that was too good to pass up. No BS, no haggling, just a solid price. At the dealership I met one of the managers, Andrew, who was also very helpful and provided me with all the information that I asked for. Overall great experience.

Michael was excellent! He was extremely responsive and made the entire process quick and easy. He put the whole deal together over the phone so the next day it only took us 30min to test drive, trade my old car, and sign paperwork on my new truck. Saw a used Jeep on the website that really caught my eye, stopped in and E.J came to help me out. They had are just gotten It in and had some repairs to get done to It. EJ kept me informed consistently and was honest the whole time about the progress and status of the vehicle. When the car was ready, we just drove it and loved it EJ answered all questions we had and was super helpful. Bought It on the spot. The car had just gotten brand new tires from the dealership and as we were driving home from purchasing we noticed some pulling. Ended up being a manufacturer defect in the tire and this wonderful car dealership got a tow to my house and are going to fix it. I can’t believe how easy this dealership was. How quick we were in and out and how EASY It was to rectify a problem. Thanks again to EJ for making this a wonderful process and to Skylar for quickly handling the issue with my families safety in mind. 10/10 recommend.
