We were referred to Mullinax Ford by family members. I called the dealership directly and spoke to Chip Durant. From our first conversation, Chip was friendly and professional and asked questions so that he could meet my expectations. We spoke several times and then he said “give me a few days, I will find you a vehicle!” And two days later he called me with the truck for us! The entire process was very simple and all our expectations were met. Mullinax staff were great and friendly and best of all, no hidden fees! Just the base price plus tax and tags. No haggling, stress or surprises. Then Andrew Cook a Sales manager came over to ask about our experience, and gifted us some merch! Mullinax Ford is the dealership destination of choice for us!
