Jake even went above and beyond to stay back until after 8pm when he was supposed to leave at 7pm. The signed documents took longer due to an email sent by Bren for 2nd owner to sign. The email couldn’t download. Despite many attempts and communication to resend. Bren stated “ I live in Wellington one hour away, had a long day and I want to go home.” He handed the documents to Jake and told Jake to wait only if he wants for the 2nd owner to arrive. Or they will have to come back tomorrow. Jake showed no signs of hesitation, he was excited to ensure excellent high standards of customer service.
