Great experience from beginning to end! From my first email/phone interactions with Curtis, I felt no pressure to buy immediately. They provided me with every piece of information I requested in a timely manner. I went in to look at a particular vehicle (2025 Ford Explorer) and when the numbers came back, it didn’t quite fit into my budget. They offered to show me some used models, and they brought out a 2022 Explorer that I happened to like even more than the new one! Bobbi was super helpful throughout the process as well, providing me insight into the vehicle as she owns one herself. Finally, the finance department was phenomenal. I worked with Charlie and he provided me different options for financing and even took the time to educate me on a few things that I was not aware of. He worked with the banks and got me the best interest rate he could find (better than any pre approval I received by a whole point). He even took the time to speak to my wife over the phone and give her the same exact information he gave me so that we could make an informed decision together. This was my third experience with Mullinax and I’m not sure I will do business anywhere else in the future.

I received awesome customer service at Mullinax Ford on North Lake Blvd. My salesman, Kevin Gort, was genuinely interested in matching me up with my truck. I can tell that Kevin is passionate about Ford vehicles and is very knowledge. I enjoyed test driving trucks with him. I wasnt rushed into buying anything. No pushy sales tactics. He let me know that if I couldn't find a truck on their lot, he could have another truck delivered from a partner dealership. Kevin and I finally found the perfect F150 with a 5.0 coyote motor. I love the truck. It's exactly the truck I wanted. Thank you Kevin, the whole sales team and Charlie in finance for making this happen.

Working with Dave Makenzie was great when getting my new car. I found a car I liked online. The no haggle price was a good deal. I used the text for more information link. Dave got back to me quickly to confirm the car was available. Over text and exchanging of pictures he was able to give me a trade in value on my car and a preliminary cost summary of the new purchase before I even arrived on the lot. Once I arrived to take it for a test drive that was easy too. After the decision to buy everyone in the dealership that I work with was very nice. Charlie Munoz worked the numbers to get a great maintenance warranty within my budget as well. Loved the process. Simple and seamless.

Best new car buying experience I ever had!! All negotiations were done via text with Raymond. All of my paperwork was pre printed and ready to go before I arrived. Raymond literally opened the door for me as I arrived and everything was so smooth. We went for a test drive, signed paperwork, and I was out the door hassle free with my new truck in 30 minutes. Our salesman, David Patrick, took the time to show us the car and continued to support us through the buying process. There were no gimmicks or pressure to purchase, just honest answers to our questions. David performed more as a facilitator than an aggressive salesman, for which we are appreciative. Charlie the business manager was also professional and non-aggressive, facilitating the loan process without the typical "add-ons" other dealerships try to tack on for additional profit. Combined with the "Up Front" pricing, the whole process was much easier and less stressful than previous car purchases.

Great vehicle! Great buying experience! Ended up at Mullinax Ford for the Bronco Sport. Saw ads online that this Ford dealership is a "no haggle" "bottom line price" dealer. I was intrigued by the offers and to test drive a Bronco Sport. Full disclosure I'm currently a Chevy owner but had a Mustang many years ago. We met Brittany W. at the dealership. She is super friendly, patient, and really knows her Fords. She has an easy going personality, not pushy at all, and made us feel very comfortable. She took the time to show us each model of the Bronco Sport, from the lowest package to the top package. She let us test drive each. She answered all our questions about gadgets, tech, and differences of each model (from the Bid Bend version to the Badlands version). She lets us test drive again, so both my husband and I could drive it. Brittany is awesome! We made the decision, pulled the trigger, and started the paperwork with Brittany. Once she completed her part with us she sent us to Charlie in Finance. Charlie was amazing as well. He showed us alternatives to a large down payment amount and gave us a suggestion on a better way to make financing work for us. He is personable, relatable, and very knowledgeable. Charlie finished the "dreaded" finance side with us efficiently and answering all of our questions. The whole process from looking at models of the Bronco Sport, to test driving, to signing all the paperwork and driving our new vehicle off the lot took about 3.5 hours. Had an amazing experience purchasing a used car on 12/22/24. Saw the car online and went to dealership to test drive. The car was as advertised in very good condition. Roosevelt was my salesman and Charlie was my finance manager. Both did a great job. It took less than 2 hours from the time I got to dealer to when I was ready to leave with my new car. Amazing!!!

Chip and Charlie streamlined the paperwork. Being from out of state there was a bunch of it. The vehicle was very clean and even had a full tank of gas. Thanks guys. Well done.
