I traded in a vehicle and received a fair trade amount and got a great deal on my purchase. This is the second purchase through Mullinax Ford West Palm Beach. Nick G is great to work with and Jeremy in the finance dept made the transaction a pleasure.

Picked up my long awaited Maverick order yesterday. It was sold about $600 under sticker! No weird fees or BS. When they say up front pricing, they mean upfront. Everyone was extremely courteous & the whole experience was chill. No pressure at all. It’s by far the best dealership experience I’ve had. Everything is presented cleanly & honestly without gimmicks. When I came to pickup the vehicle, they gave me the keys for the test drive & they’re like “Take your time.” & no sales person rode with me. That blew me away, in a good way! It gave me time to spend with the vehicle and test things out the way I wanted to. There wasn’t someone in the passenger seat jibber jabbering with me and I could just concentrate on my test drive. I just turned in my 2018 F450 Lariat 5 months ago I built my new truck another 2022 F-450 Lariat I have a good friend of mine that's been with Mullinax Ford a long time and I've been friends with him for almost 40 years Scott Nicholas and my definition of following him is buying trucks .from Scott and only Scott I have never met a more compassionate man that cares about the customer I met Scott in the Margate store the owner Ed Mullinax was on the side of the building making hot dogs and I was there every Saturday Ed was into horses and he told me we always have to take care of a customer after the sale well almost 40 years later I'm still buying from Scott they're not the biggest they're not the smallest dealership but what counts is the courteous and kindness they put out getting back to my truck I have never met such wonderful people as I did yesterday purchasing my truck my finance man Jeremy which was the best man I've ever dealt with on financing also Chuck that was helping me with my truck he's the kindest and caring person I have ever met in my life and the finance man was right there with him I know this looks lengthy I'm not a DOT your eye cross your T person I just tell it the way it is Scott you and your whole team at Mullinax Ford I told you before and I'll tell you again I said I wasn't going to get another truck but after the Blood Sweat and Tears from yesterday you know I'm going to be getting another truck I just want to thank you and the whole mullinex team that dealt with me thank you very much yours truly Charles klippel ps I also met a gentleman there that I've talked to for a while John Wayne very nice gentleman I want to thank him too that guy puts his heart out so bottom line if you want to buy a vehicle and have a dealership stand behind you and on the side of you Mullinax Ford that's the way to go there's no other place

Jake was great from the get go. He got my car delivered from another city, filled it with gas, took a test drive, had a great chat, and got me setup with Jeremy from finance. Jeremy took care of all my financials, offered anything he thought I needed and shared his experience with his Energi Ford vehicle. Great buy less then one hour. Certified preowned.

The last vehicle I bought before this I felt very pressured with everything and it made me nervous going in to buying another vehicle but Jeremy and Bruce made me feel at home and I didnt feel pressured at all both were very knowledgable and it was a pleasure to buy a 2017 mustang EcoBoost from them!! Ask for them if your looking for a new vehicle they were awesome! Got another Vehicle from them now in 2023 and once again had an amazing experience! Andrew aka Drew was amazing to work with. I bought a Mustang in 2015 from this Mullinax. My experience with them was so great when I was ready for a new car I decided to search their inventory for a new vehicle. I was interested in a Ford Ranger. I now live in Tallahassee and it seemed a better fit for the roads here. I did check Ford dealers here and in Georgia. The inventory was extremely limited. Mullinax had exactly what I was looking for on the first search. I requested more information and in less than 30 minutes I was contacted by Shannon and started the process of buying the truck. I drove 400 miles just to buy it from them. When I arrived they had all the paperwork complete with my trade in. John Wayne, the store manager checked out my Mustang and found a few things that needed repair but still gave me a fair amount. Jeremy handled all the paperwork which he also did on my Mustang 8 years ago. My Ranger was beautiful. I made arrangements to stay overnight and drive back the next day but I started driving it and didn’t want to stop. I drove back to Talley. I want to thank everyone at Mullinax in West Palm for their wonderful service. I will never buy from anyone else.
