Brittany is the most accommodating auto salesperson I have dealt with in 60 years of new car purchases. I am a nervous shopper and like to do my due diligence. I missed my appointment with her and asked a million questions. She never blinked an eye. John W the sales manager and Jeremy the finance guy are also a pleasure to work with.

I always walk into a car dealership expecting a small piece of my soul to die as I wait for hours (Schumacher) or get treated weirdly by a sales guy who hasn't got the test vehicle ready and doesn't appear to have slept last night (Mike Maroone). I am happy to say Mullinax of WPB is different - nice atmosphere, speedy and attentive service. Props to my sales guy Red who was excellent. I was all-in to buying to from Carmax but Mullinax gave me a new vehicle for the same price as Carmax used so can't fault them on value. Jeremy the finance guy was efficient, personable and helpful!

I'll start by saying Jeremy H., the finance manager, is the reason we continue to do business with this location. We have even moved 4 hours away with another Mullinax significantly closer and we still choose to come to this location. I would describe Jeremy as a “salt of the earth” type of person. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and it feels like we are catching up with an old friend when we see him. Jeremy always goes above and beyond to help! We have had different associates over the years but this last time we were assisted by Tiffany. She has stood out to us because of her knowledge and grace. Tiffany made a true effort to help us narrow down what our best options were based off of our needs. She was also amazing with our daughter, getting her set up with pictures to color, and patiently answering the million and one questions a 6 year old has LOL. I purchased a certified preowned mustang from Mullinax and had an absolutely amazing experience. Being a woman who doesn’t know a ton about cars it can be a little intimidating walking into a car dealership to make a purchase, I have never felt more comfortable and taken care of at a dealership before. I have bought several cars before from other dealerships but never on my own. Captain Curtis was extremely helpful even before I walked into the dealership, answering all my questions about different cars I was looking at and sending me any info I needed. When I got to the dealership (an hour drive from my home), he promptly showed me the car I was interested in and when I decided to purchase walked me through every step and explained everything. Jeremy then went over all the contract and warranty info with me and was also very helpful making decisions. Their honesty and completely transparent way of doing business at Mullinax is refreshing and I would recommend them to anyone. :) Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and all seemed to throughly enjoy working at Mullinax.
