On the busiest day of the year, 12/30/23, I was treated like I was the only customer in the dealership. My rep, Bobbie Delahunty, was totally prepared for my appointment, professional, knowledgeable, personable, you name it, she had every quality in a person that you want to do business with. John Wayne, the GM stopped by to introduce himself and answer a couple of questions. Charlie Munoz made the documentation a breeze and the detail team made my three year old Genesis GV80 look new. I drove from Naples, Florida to West Palm Beach for this specific vehicle and the team of professionals made this the best car buying experience ever. They even shared their lunch with me. I only have one regret, and it’s that I live on the other side of the state, which prohibits me from having this dealer provide my service going forward.
