We were hauling out travel trailer to Key West when our under performing catalytic converter caused an issue with the number 6 coil and spark plug. Peyton acted more like a doctor with outstanding bedside manners as he assured us that he was not going to let us be stranded there. We dropped our trailer across the street and Peyton got busy even though his services techs were swamped. He got us on the road quickly by “strapping a rocket to the work order” as he put it. Peyton is the service advisor model that all Ford dealerships should strive to hire.

From buying the truck to getting it serviced, this was a great experience. They respected my time, allowed me to leave a deposit and come back in the morning to finish up. In and out in about an hour to buy a used car is amazing. The truck did end up having some mechanical issues but their service department took care of it immediately, and even gave me a loaner for the week. Dave in sales and Peyton in service — great guys.

My 2014 F150 had a no start issue. Red lights came on the dash besides the check engine light. I was worried that my driving it to the dealer would harm it so it was towed in.
