What a great experience, one I would call "frictionless" thru the entire transaction! We walked in off the street, knowing what we wanted and were introduced to Derek. He found a vehicle that met our criteria and let us take it for a test drive. Afterwards, he presented us with an offer sheet that was straightforward and to the point - no hassles, no hidden fees or back and forth. It was what we felt was a realistic and fair offer vs. many others that we had seen. We asked to sleep on it and he was completely fine with that. We called the next day and said we wanted to move forward with the car. He was going to be out of town, so he put us in contact with Ronnie to help with the closing. We arrived for our appointment, reviewed the paperwork that they had already emailed over to us to review, and signed the deal. We spent 20 minutes sitting in the car with Ronnie going thru some of the key features, he handed us the keys and off we went! Quick, painless and hassle free, which seems to be in short supply these days at many other dealerships. Bottom line, If you're in the market for a car, want to be treated with respect and not have a bunch of folks waste your time trying to upsell you a bunch items that you don't want or need, then we can't recommend Mullinax Ford highly enough. It's clearly a family run business with several of the folks having worked here for many, many years, some including their parents before them. We rate this a solid 5 star experience and would recommend them to someone in the market for a new Ford product!
