I just bought my first truck from Mullinax Ford and had a great experience. Due to the current new vehicle shortage and lack of inventory, I had selected my truck at their location in Alabama. From the time I put in my information for the dealership to contact me, Bobbie reached out to me and was very quick and efficient to check on availability and answer my questions regarding the shipping process and pricing information on the same day. I completed the financing process online and a few hours later the truck was put on hold at the dealership in Alabama pending shipping to this dealership. While waiting for the truck to arrive I was contacted by Bobbie, Jennifer and Skylar to ensure that all my questions were answered and assurance that I will be notified as soon as they get shipping information. Truck arrived the following week and when I went to the dealership I was helped by Bobbie right away. They gave me a reasonable price for my trade in and Dave in finance did a great job in explaining all the various plans and options available. At no time I felt pressured or hassled to purchase anything I did not want or need. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received from all the people I mentioned and look forward for my next visit as I intend to purchase another truck in a couple of years. Shannon was so patient with us and answer all our questions even when she was off work. Now that’s one dedicated employee! She had keys and truck ready when my husband got there . She was on top of everything making sure everything went smoothly. If we could give her a 10 star we would!

Skylar and Josh were very responsive and willing to do whatever possible to please me. I drove 2 and a half hours for my truck and very glad I did. Arrived at 12 noon and Josh was with me all afternoon till he finally found the truck that I liked. Whenever I’m ready for another vehicle I would definitely visit your dealer. I had a great experience buying a Used SUV from Mullinax Ford WPB. I was I need of a 2nd vehicle and had to find one quickly. My salesman Darrien was attentive to my situation and found a vehicle that was in my budget and that suited my needs perfectly. From my finance person Jeremy to the sales managers Skylar and Haji everyone was helpful professional and it has made me an extremely happy Mullinax customer. Bobbie, Skylar, and Roosevelt were great to work with. Skylar really took the extra effort to work with us on our trade and come to a great deal. Jeremy in Finance went above and beyond to get us a great comprehensive deal with financing, servicing, and protective warranty on the exterior/ interior.
