Dealing with Tony B. the service advisor is the main reason i keep going back. you know in the good ole days when you had a family doctor that you can call anytime and he would respond - that's Tony ur car / truck doctor. overall the dealership treats people like they should be treated.

MULLINAX SERVICE ADVISOR WAS EXCELLENT. HIS NAME IS TONY AND WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH HIM FOR YEARS. HE WORKS FOR MULLINAX AND THE CUSTOMER. MULLINAX MADE SURE THEY PICKED ME UP AND TOOK ME HOME AT NO CHARGE. THEY ARE POLITE AND MAKE SURE THINGS GO SMOOTH. GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

I had the great pleasure of meeting with the Service Advisor Tony Brasso. I have never in my life had someone as good as Tony help me with my F-150 new truck. He is very knowledgeable and honest and is a real asset to your dealership. He listens to you and is genuinely interested to resolve any issues you are having with your vehicle. Service department is excellent. Tony was able to get the repairs at no cost to me even though my original warranty had expired. Had to wait for parts, but that is supply chain issue, not a Mullinax issue. Never underestimate the value of a good service department.

My car had the check engine light on and it was 3 days before thanksgiving. I was told you guys were very busy so I left my car in hopes it would be seen and worked on. Tony got my car in to be looked at and they were able to fix it before the the holiday. Great customer service, thank you
